Abstract
Устройство и способы приготовления вязких гелей для обработки пласта из сухого полимера и воды. Устройство содержит эдуктор, который создает суспензию сухого полимера в воде, по меньшей мере две подающие трубы, причем одна подающая труба соединена с эдуктором, а вторая - с источником воды. Устройство содержит смесительную колонну, соединенную с подающими трубами. Смесительная колонна содержит нижний впускной участок с впускными патрубками, при этом дозированная струя разбавляющей воды подается под высоким давлением во входящий поток водной суспензии полимера. Эта смесь затем ускоряется в круговом, предпочтительно направленном вверх движении, где она сдвигается при воздействии на стенку центрального участка колонны без использования крыльчатки. Колонна также содержит выходной участок, имеющий отверстия, расположенные по окружности и через которые смесь проходит из центрального участка в бак гидратации. Смесь, выходящая из колонны, является полимерно-водным гелем, который по существу полностью смешан, из которого удален воздух и который по меньшей мере частично гидратирован.
