Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к нержавеющей легированной стали, более конкретно, к двухфазной нержавеющей легированной стали, имеющей феррито-аустенитную матрицу и обладающей высокой коррозионной стойкостью в сочетании с хорошей структурной стабильностью, в частности к двухфазной нержавеющей легированной стали, имеющей содержание феррита 40-65% и хорошо сбалансированный состав в сочетании с высокой коррозионной стойкостью и хорошими механическими свойствами, такими как высокий предел прочности и хорошая пластичность, особенно пригодной для применения в нефтегазодобывающей промышленности в виде кабелей, особенно армированных кабелей в приводных линиях связи. Для достижения этих целей предложенная двухфазная нержавеющая легированная сталь содержит, мас.%: C - 0-0,03; Si - до макс.0,5; Mn - 0-3,0; Cr - 24,0-30,0; Ni - 4,9-10,0; Mo - 3,0-5,0; N - 0,28-0,5; S - до макс.0,010; Co - 0-3,5; W - 0-3,0; Cu - 0-2,0; Ru - 0-0,3; Al - 0-0,03; Ca - 0-0,010, остальное Fe и неизбежные примеси.
