Abstract

В заявке описан способ получения линейного алкилбензола, причем этот способ включает стадии получения углеводородного конденсата, включающего олефины, парафины и кислородсодержащие вещества, из низкотемпературной реакции Фишера-Тропша; а) разделение углеводородного конденсата на фракции с целевым распределением по числу углеродных атомов с получением разделенного на фракции потока углеводородного конденсата; б) экстракцию кислородсодержащих веществ из разделенного на фракции потока углеводородного конденсата со стадии (а) с получением потока, включающего олефины и парафины; в) объединение потока, включающего олефины и парафины, со стадии (б) с потоком исходных материалов со стадии (ж) с получением объединенного потока; г) алкилирование олефинов в объединенном потоке со стадии (в) бензолом в присутствии приемлемого катализатора алкилирования в реакторе для алкилирования; д) выделение из реактора для алкилирования линейного алкилбензола; е) выделение из реактора для алкилирования непрореагировавших парафинов; ж) дегидрирование непрореагировавших парафинов в присутствии приемлемого катализатора дегидрорования с получением потока исходных материалов, включающего олефины и парафины; и з) подачу потока исходных материалов, включающего олефины и парафины, со стадии (ж) на стадию (в).
