Abstract

Суть изобретения состоит в том, что с растений на корню очесывают колосья, из полученного вороха сепарируют биологически ценное зерно, очищают его, отдельно от остального зерна грузят в контейнеры и выгружают на поле на ходу комбайна. Остальной ворох обмолачивают, очищают зерно и грузят его в другие контейнеры, которые также выгружают на поле. Полова и солома с остатками зерна после обмолота и очистки прессуется в тюки, упаковывается в пленку или контейнеры и также выгружается на поле. Модульный комбайн состоит из энергосредства, переднего уборочно-обрабатывающего и заднего упаковочно-разгрузочного блока, которые соединены транспортерами зерна и незерновой части с остатками зерна. Передний блок включает модульные очесыватель, сепаратор, молотилку, очистку. Задний блок включает упаковщики зерна, пресс, упаковщик рулонов в пленку, промежуточные и разгрузочные транспортеры для выгрузки контейнеров и рулонов на поле.The invention solves the problem of reducing the loss of grain, collecting chaff and weed seeds, obtaining biologically valuable grain in the combine harvesting of agricultural crops, improving the performance and reliability of the combine. The modular harvester consists of a power unit, a front harvesting and processing unit and a rear packing and unloading unit, which are connected by grain conveyors and a non-grain part to the grain residues. The front block includes a modular stripper, separator, thresher, cleaning. The rear block includes grain packers, a press, a film wrapper, intermediate and discharge conveyors for unloading containers and rolls onto the field.
