Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к способу выявления риска развития заболевания, связанного с желудочной кислотой, у субъекта, основанному на изучении объектов анализа пепсиногена I, гастрина-17 в состоянии натощак и маркера инфекции Helicobacter pylori (Hp-маркера); указанный способ включает выбор пороговой величины для пепсиногена I, гастрина-17 в состоянии натощак и Hp-маркера, определение концентрации пепсиногена I, гастрина-17 в состоянии натощак и концентрации или присутствия Hp-маркера в образце, взятом у указанного субъекта, и сравнение определенных таким способом концентраций с выбранными пороговыми величинами, в результате чего величина пепсиногена I, равная или превышающая его соответствующую пороговую величину, в комбинации с величиной Hp-маркера менее его соответствующей пороговой величины и величиной гастрина-17 в состоянии натощак, равной или менее его пороговой величины, является показательной в отношении повышенного риска развития заболевания, связанного с желудочной кислотой, у указанного субъекта.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
