Abstract

Аппарат с пучком труб, пригодный для осуществления операций теплообмена при высоких давлениях и температурах в условиях чрезвычайно агрессивного воздействия технологических жидкостей, причем пучок труб аппарата включает ряд труб (4), внутренняя стенка которых по существу состоит из материала, выбранного из титана, циркония или сплава на основе одного из них, коррозионностойкого по отношению к указанным жидкостям, в котором по меньшей мере одна из камер доступа к пучку труб ограничена стенкой, включающей по меньшей мере три металлических слоя в следующей последовательности: А) внешний слой (21), способный выдерживать нагрузку давлением и подвергающийся коррозии при контакте с указанной чрезвычайно агрессивной технологической жидкостью; Б) промежуточный слой (22), изготовленный из нержавеющей стали; В) антикоррозионная футеровка (23), контактирующая с указанной чрезвычайно коррозионно-активной жидкостью и состоящая из материала, выбранного из титана, циркония или сплава одного из них. В частности, указанный аппарат применяют в качестве теплообменника/реактора, например в качестве отпарной колонны в цикле высокого давления при синтезе мочевины.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
