Abstract
Un aparato de haz de tubos para operaciones de intercambio térmico a altas presiones y temperaturas, bajo condiciones de alta agresividad de los fluidos del procedimiento, en donde el haz de tubos comprende una serie de tubos cuya pared interior está constituida esencialmente por un material seleccionado entre titanio, zirconio o una aleación de uno de estos, resistente a la agresión de dichos fluidos, en donde por lo menos una de las cámaras de acceso al haz de tubos es delimitada por una pared que comprende por lo menos las tres siguientes capas metálicas sucesivamente: A) una capa exterior adecuada para tolerar la carga de presión, expuesta a corrosión por contacto con dicho fluido del procedimiento altamente agresivo; B) una capa intermedia hecha de acero inoxidable; C) un revestimiento anticorrosivo en contacto con dicho fluido altamente corrosivo, que consiste en un material seleccionado entre titanio, zirconio o una aleación de uno de estos. Dicho aparato se usa particularmente como intercambiador/reactor, por ejemplo, como un separador, en el ciclo de alta presión de los procedimientos de síntesis de urea.
