Abstract
Способ и устройство для удаления замерзающих веществ, таких как диоксид углерода, вода и тяжелые углеводороды, из потока поступающего природного газа во время сжижения для получения сжиженного природного газа. Замерзающие вещества могут быть удалены в виде твердых частиц с исключением дорогостоящего этапа предварительной обработки, предназначенного для удаления замерзающих веществ из потока поступающего природного газа до этапа сжижения. Замерзающие вещества могут удаляться непрерывно, поскольку выделяются в виде твердых частиц попутно с сжижением природного газа, после которого происходит отделение твердых частиц. Затем твердые замерзающие вещества можно непрерывно разжижать, если их необходимо повторно использовать в процессе вместе с природным газом. Непрерывное удаление замерзающих веществ из потока поступающего природного газа достигается путем поддержания охлаждающего и разделительного устройств при одном и том же рабочем давлении.
