Abstract

Сырьевой газ в установке для извлечения газоконденсатных жидкостей охлаждают до температуры ниже температуры окружающего воздуха и выше температуры образования гидратов в сырьевом газе, чтобы конденсировать тяжелые компоненты (6) и существенную часть воды (4), содержащейся в сырьевом газе. Воду (4) извлекают в сырьевом сепараторе (101), а конденсированные жидкие фракции подают в комплексную орошаемую стриппинг-колонну (104), которая функционирует как аппарат осушки и деметанизатор в отношении конденсированных жидкий фракций, а неконденсированную часть (5), содержащую легкие компоненты, дополнительно осушают и охлаждают перед вводом в турбодетандер (23) и деметанизатор (112).
