Abstract
Сырьевой газ в установке для извлечения газоконденсатных жидкостей охлаждают до температуры ниже температуры окружающего воздуха и выше температуры образования гидратов в сырьевом газе, чтобы конденсировать тяжелые компоненты (6) и существенную часть воды (4), содержащейся в сырьевом газе. Воду (4) извлекают в сырьевом сепараторе (101), а конденсированные жидкие фракции подают в комплексную орошаемую стриппинг-колонну (104), которая функционирует как аппарат осушки и деметанизатор в отношении конденсированных жидкий фракций, а неконденсированную часть (5), содержащую легкие компоненты, дополнительно осушают и охлаждают перед вводом в турбодетандер (23) и деметанизатор (112). Следовательно, переработка тяжелых компонентов в холодной секции исключена, и возможна эффективная переработка сырьевых газов с широко изменяющимся составом с достижением высокого коэффициента извлечения NGLO, по существу, в таком же рабочем режиме и с оптимальным КПД детандера.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
