Claims (13)
- 일련의 분류트레이를 갖는 정류탑과; 상기 정류탑의 상부에 마련된 환류 드럼과; 상기 정류탑 및 환류 드럼에 연결된 상부의 다중 냉각제 코어 열교환기와, 메인 공급라인 및 상기 메인 공급라인을 상기 정류탑의 하부로 안내되는 제 1 공급라인과 상기 코어 열교환기를 통하여 상기 제 1 공급라인 위의 위치에서 상기 정류탑으로 안내되는 제 2 공급라인으로 분할하는 공급분할수단으로 이루어지는 공급시스템을 조합하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 개량된 열통합 정류시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정류탑은 적어도 3개의 분류트레이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 개량된 열통합 정류시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 환류 드럼은 상기 정류탑의 최상부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 개량된 열통합 정류시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다중 냉각제 코어 열교환기는 상기 정류탑으로의 공급원료를 냉각하고 탑정 증기를 냉각하도록 된 것을 특징으로 개량된 열통합 정류시스템.
- 저분자량의 탄화수소 공급원료 혼합물을 분류, 분리 및 회수하도록 된 개량된 열통합 정류처리시스템에 있어서, 탄화수소 공급 스트림을 초기에 두 개의 부분으로 분할하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 공급 스트림의 소량부는 정류탑의 하부로 보내지고 상기 공급 스트림의 대량부는 공급원료로서 상기 정류탑으로 도입되기 전에 코어 열교환기 내에서 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량된 열통합 정류처리시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 공급 스트림의 소량부는 상기 정류탑의 바닥으로 도입되어 시스템의 스트리핑 증기로서 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량된 열통합 정류처리시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 정류탑의 상부로부터의 증기 스트림은 환류 시스템으로 복귀하기 전에 모두 상기 코어 열교환기 내에서 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량된 열통합 정류처리시스템.
- (a) 메인 공급라인을 제 1 공급라인과 제 2 공급라인으로 분할하는 단계와,(b) 상기 제 1 공급라인을 스트리핑 증기로서 정류탑의 하부로 안내하는 단계와,(c) 상기 제 2 공급라인을 상부의 코어 열교환기 내에서 냉각시키는 단계와,(d) 상기 냉각된 제 2 공급라인을 정류를 위해 상기 제 1 공급라인 위의 상기 정류탑 부위에 공급하는 단계와,(e) 상기 정류탑으로부터 탑정 증기를 제거하고, 상기 탑정 증기를 상기 코어 열교환기 내에서 냉각시켜 부분적으로 응축시키고, 상기 부분적으로 응축된 액체를 상기 나머지 증기로부터 분리하는 단계와,(f) 상기 부분적으로 응축된 액체를 환류로서 상기 정류탑으로 복귀시키는 단계와,(g) 상기 나머지 증기를 분리된 경질 기체상태 성분으로서 회수하는 단계와,(h) 중질 성분을 포함하는 액체를 상기 정류탑의 바닥으로부터 회수하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 중질 기체상태 성분으로부터 경질 기체상태 성분을 분리하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 경질 기체상태 성분은 수소 및 메탄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중질 기체상태 성분으로부터 경질 기체상태 성분을 분리하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 공급라인은 상기 제 2 공급라인보다 소량의 기체상태 공급원료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중질 기체상태 성분으로부터 경질 기체상태 성분을 분리하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 공급라인은 상기 제 1 트레이 아래의 상기 정류탑 부위로 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중질 기체상태 성분으로부터 경질 기체 상태 성분을 분리하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 코어 열교환기는 상기 냉각스트림의 입구 부근의 한냉부와 상기 냉각스트림의 나머지 부근의 온난부를 가지며, 상기 제 2 공급라인은 상기 상부의 코어 열교환기의 상기 온난부 내에서 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중질 기체상태 성분으로부터 경질 기체상태 성분을 분리하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 탑정 증기는 상기 상부의 코어 열교환기의 상기 한냉부 내에서 냉각되어 부분적으로 응축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중질 기체상태 성분으로부터 경질 기체상태 성분을 분리하는 방법.
