Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу, в котором медный концентрат, содержащий сульфидное железо, выщелачивается в противоточном режиме, в хлоридной среде. Выщелачивание происходит с помощью двухвалентной меди и кислородсодержащего газа в виде многостадийного непрерывного процесса при нормальном давлении, при температуре, максимальное значение которой соответствует температуре кипения раствора. Часть нерастворимого твердого вещества возвращается в противотоке основному потоку твердого вещества на одну из предыдущих стадий выщелачивания или в реакторы, в которых в результате увеличения времени выщелачивания извлеченная примесь железа выделяется главным образом в виде гематита.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
