Abstract

Регулируемая диэлектрическая структура, содержащая первый слой диэлектрического материала, второй слой диэлектрического материала, примыкающий к первому слою диэлектрического материала, причем диэлектрическая проницаемость второго слоя диэлектрического материала меньше диэлектрической проницаемости первого слоя диэлектрического материала, и электроды для приложения управляемого напряжения к толще первого диэлектрического материала, что позволяет управлять диэлектрической проницаемостью первого диэлектрического материала, причем, по меньшей мере, один из электродов расположен между первым и вторым слоями диэлектрического материала. Диэлектрическим материалам можно придавать различные формы и объединять в той или иной ориентации по отношению друг к другу. Регулируемые диэлектрические структуры можно использовать в различных устройствах, в том числе коаксиальных кабелях, резонаторных антеннах, микрополосковых линиях, копланарных линиях и волноводах.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
