Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к способу определения качества культуры, заключающемуся в определении, по крайней мере, одного характеристического параметра процесса фотосинтеза культуры, где указанный параметр служит показателем качества культуры, и относится к фотосистеме I (ФСI), которая известна per se, и где определение этого параметра включает следующие стадии: (а) приведение, по крайней мере, некоторых типов молекул, которые находятся на донорной стороне ФСI, в окисленное состояние; (b) обеспечение восстановления, по крайней мере, некоторых из окисленных молекул; и (с) определение параметра релаксации, который содержит информацию о скорости восстановления, где указанная стадия (с) включает, по крайней мере, следующие подстадии: (1) измерение поглощения света в предварительно определенном диапазоне длин волн окисленными молекулами в культуре в процессе их восстановления; и (2) вычисление параметра скорости, который содержит информацию о скорости изменения измеренного поглощения в зависимости от времени, где указанным параметром скорости является параметр релаксации.
