Abstract

Синтетическая полимерная форма углерода (Тетракарбон), которая проявляет некоторые свойства, подобные свойствам биологических тканей. Тетракарбон имеет улучшенную биосовместимость и может применяться в медицине и микроэлектронике. Тетракарбон является биосовместимым покрытием, которое наносится осаждением коротких линейных цепочек атомов углерода на поверхность подложки. Углеродные цепочки имеют нетурбостратную структуру, ориентированы перпендикулярно поверхности подложки и плотно упакованы параллельно друг другу в гексагональные структуры с расстоянием между углеродными цепочками в диапазоне 4,8-5,03 Å. Слои Тетракарбона идентичны и сдвинуты в плоскости слоев случайным образом относительно друг друга.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
