Abstract
Предложен способ обработки потока, добываемого из скважины на морском нефтяном промысле, с использованием судна, взаимодействующего с подводным буем, к которому прикреплены судно и вертикальные трубы из нефтяного месторождения. Поток из нефтяной скважины направляют в технологическую установку на борту судна, в которой отделяют друг от друга воду, нефть и газ. Отделенную стабилизированную нефть хранят в резервуарах-хранилищах, тогда как отделенный газ направляют в установку на борту судна для превращения газа в синтетическую сырую нефть и/или парафин. Описана также система, содержащая такую технологическую установку и установку для превращения газа, включающую в себя по меньшей мере одну установку для получения синтез-газа и установку Фишера-Тропша. Вся система (технологическая установка и установка для превращения газа) установлена на полозьях, которые можно легко прикрепить с возможностью их замены на палубе судна. Как упоминалось, описана также установка для превращения газа, в которой установка Фишера-Тропша содержит по меньшей мере один реактор с ректификационной колонной и с катализаторной суспензией, имеющий реакционную зону, предназначенную для содержания катализаторной суспензии, состоящей из жидких продуктов, тонкоизмельченных частиц катализатора и синтез-газа, этот реактор предназначен для внутреннего отделения жидких продуктов от остальной части суспензии.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.A method is proposed for processing a stream produced from a well in an offshore oil field using a vessel interacting with an underwater buoy to which the vessel and vertical pipes from the oil field are attached. The flow from the oil well is sent to the process unit on board the ship, in which water, oil and gas are separated from each other. Separated stabilized oil is stored in storage tanks, while the separated gas is sent to the installation on board the vessel to convert the gas into synthetic crude and / or paraffin. Also described is a system comprising such a process unit and a gas conversion unit including at least one plant for producing synthesis gas and a Fischer-Tropsch unit. The entire system (technological installation and installation for the conversion of gas) is installed on the runners, which can be easily attached with the possibility of their replacement on the deck of the vessel. As mentioned, a gas conversion plant is also described, in which the Fischer-Tropsch plant contains at least one reactor with a distillation column and a catalyst suspension, having a reaction zone designed to contain a catalyst suspension consisting of liquid products, finely divided catalyst particles and gas, this reactor is designed for the internal separation of liquid products from the rest of the suspension.
