Abstract

Способ получения уретан/мочевинных форполимеров и водных дисперсий поли(уретан/мочевин) (ПУД) на их основе, при этом поли(уретан/мочевины) имеют высокую теплостойкость и хорошую водостойкость. Способ предусматривает использование водорастворимого летучего органического растворителя, например ацетона, в количестве 0,1-5,0% от веса получаемой дисперсии, что не требует удаления растворителя с учетом возможности его вспышки. Способ включает стадии: взаимодействие при температуре, не превышающей 100°С, в присутствии водорастворимого летучего органического растворителя в количестве не более 5% от веса образующейся дисперсии полиизоцианатного компонента, включающего диизоцианат, с полиольным компонентом с получением содержащего концевые изоцианатные группы уретанового форполимера, причем полиольный компонент обеспечивает наличие карбоксилатных и сульфонатных групп; диспергирование содержащего концевые изоцианатные группы форполимера в воде; взаимодействие указанного содержащего концевые изоцианатные группы форполимера с по меньшей мере одним удлинителем цепи с функциональными аминогруппами или с обрывателем цепи с образованием указанной поли(уретан/мочевины); нейтрализации карбоксилатных и сульфонатных групп указанного содержащего концевые изоцианатные группы форполимера гидроокисью щелочного металла или третичным амином до реакции указанного форполимера и указанного удлинителя с функциональными аминогруппами или обрывателя цепи или в процессе этой реакции; при этом указанный способ осуществляют без отгонки растворителя.
