Abstract

Кроме того, с целью инициирования алюмотермической реакции для зажигания электрической дуги предусмотрена также возможность перемещения друг к другу связанных с источником (6) энергии электродов (12, 13) внутри смеси (7), при этом подвижными выполнены один или оба электрода. Этот способ обеспечивает надежное и воспроизводимое зажигание алюмотермической смеси (7), хотя зона, зажигаемая электрической дугой на начальной фазе, меньше, чем при применении из местных запальных стержней. In addition, in order to initiate the aluminothermic reaction for ignition of the electric arc, the possibility is also provided that the energies of the electrodes (12, 13) connected to the source (6) of the mixture (7) are transferred to each other, with either one or both electrodes being movable. This method provides reliable and reproducible ignition of the alumino-thermal mixture (7), although the zone ignited by the electric arc in the initial phase is smaller than when used from local ignition rods. However, in the resulting molten metal there are no significant differences.
