Изобретение относится к алкогольному напитку и способу его получения. Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что алкогольный напиток содержит настой от 0,101 до 0,80 кг растительного сырья на 1 литре водно-спиртовой жидкости, при этом в качестве растительного сырья используют корень хрена деревенского и стручки перца горького, взятые в массовом соотношении (2-750):1, соответственно. Способ получения алкогольного напитка включает введение в предварительно приготовленную по меньшей мере 35% водно-спиртовую жидкость корня хрена деревенского и стручков перца горького, взятых в массовом соотношении (2-750):1, соответственно. При этом на 1 литр названной водно-спиртовой жидкости вводят от 0,101 до 0,80 кг названного растительного сырья. Полученную смесь выдерживают в течение по меньшей мере 12 ч, после чего осуществляют фильтрование и купажирование до желаемой алкогольной крепости целевого продукта.The invention relates to an alcoholic beverage and method for its production.
