Abstract
Изобретение относится к алкогольному напитку и способу его получения. Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что алкогольный напиток содержит настой от 0,101 до 0,80 кг растительного сырья на 1 литре водно-спиртовой жидкости, при этом в качестве растительного сырья используют корень хрена деревенского и стручки перца горького, взятые в массовом соотношении (2-750):1, соответственно. Способ получения алкогольного напитка включает введение в предварительно приготовленную по меньшей мере 35% водно-спиртовую жидкость корня хрена деревенского и стручков перца горького, взятых в массовом соотношении (2-750):1, соответственно. При этом на 1 литр названной водно-спиртовой жидкости вводят от 0,101 до 0,80 кг названного растительного сырья. Полученную смесь выдерживают в течение по меньшей мере 12 ч, после чего осуществляют фильтрование и купажирование до желаемой алкогольной крепости целевого продукта.The invention relates to an alcoholic beverage and method for its production. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that an alcoholic beverage contains an infusion of from 0.101 to 0.80 kg of vegetable raw materials per 1 liter of an aqueous-alcoholic liquid; 750): 1, respectively. The resulting mixture is incubated for at least 12 hours, after which filtering and blending are performed to the desired alcoholic strength of the target product.
