Abstract
Предложен способ модификации профиля гликозилирования полипептида, представляющего интерес, в растении или клетке растения. Указанный способ включает экспрессию в растении или клетке растения, трансформированных для экспрессии во внутриклеточном компартменте по меньшей мере одной гликозидазы, последовательности нуклеиновой кислоты, которая кодирует полипептид, представляющий интерес, таким образом, что по меньшей мере одна гликозидаза и полипептид, представляющий интерес, являются совместно локализованными во внутриклеточном компартменте растения или клетки растения, посредством чего модифицируется профиль гликозилирования полипептида, представляющего интерес, в растении или клетке растения.
