Abstract

Предоставлены жидкокристаллическая панель и способ ее изготовления. Жидкокристаллическая панель содержит подложку матрицы, оснащенную тонкопленочными транзисторами; подложку светофильтра, оснащенную первичными фотораспорками и вторичными фотораспорками. Первичные фотораспорки соответствуют тонкопленочным транзисторам. Разница в уровне между вторичными фотораспорками и первичными фотораспорками уменьшается от центра панели к ее границам. Жидкий кристалл заливается внутрь пространства между двумя подложками, которые затем герметично уплотняются. Посредством применения структуры, которая использует отличную разницу в уровне между первичными и вторичными фотораспорками колонного типа, предотвращается ухудшение оптических характеристик, вызываемое неравномерной толщиной оболочки в разных областях.
