Abstract

Способ получения этанола и/или высших спиртов, включающий следующие этапы: (а) предоставление синтез-газа спирта, содержащего моноксид углерода и водород в молярном соотношении более 0,5; (b) добавление количества метанола и/или высших спиртов к синтез-газу для получения смеси синтез-газа; (c) преобразование смеси синтез-газа из этапа (b) в присутствии одного или более катализаторов, катализирующих преобразование смеси синтез-газа в этанол и/или высшие спирты, содержащие продукт; и (d) извлечение продукта из этапа (c), на котором синтез-газ очищают посредством удаления соединений карбонила металла до или после добавления метанола и/или высших спиртов в синтез-газ, при этом соединения карбонила металла удаляют из синтез-газа посредством взаимодействии газа с сорбенотом, содержащим медь-алюминиевую шпинель, модифицированную путём восстановления в восстановительной среде при температуре от 250 до 500°C перед взаимодействием с синтез-газом и при необходимости (e) охлаждение извлечённого продукта на этапе (d); и (f) взаимодействие охлаждённого продукта с гидрогенизирующим катализатором.
