Abstract

A closing device (100) for bottles, in particular for bottles of alcoholic drinks or spirits, comprising a cap (1), consisting of a top portion (7) and a side portion (8), a top diffuser (2), suitable for coupling with the cap (1), a bottom diffuser (12), suitable for coupling at the top with the top diffuser (2) and at the bottom suitable for being constrained to the neck of a bottle (5), and a covering lining (4), divided into a top portion (4') and a bottom portion (4") connected to one another along a predetermined breakage line (6), wherein the cap (1) comprises at least one closing tab (9) connected to said side portion (8) of the cap (1), which can take a first position of assembly of the closing device (100), wherein it does not interfere with the coupling between the cap (1) and the top diffuser (2), and a second safety position, subsequent to the first opening of the device (100), wherein the at least one closing tab (9) interferes with at least one abutment portion (15) of the top diffuser (2) preventing the complete reclosure of the device (100) on the bottle (5).

Description

The present invention relates to a closing device for bottles, in particular for bottles with alcoholic beverages or with alcohol-containing liquids, providing evidence of unauthorized opening of the bottle.

There are several devices for closing bottles with alcoholic beverages, mainly consisting of a lid and draft.

The cap has an internal thread, suitable for connecting with a corresponding thread, made on the external surface of the dispenser, for opening or closing the bottle.

Draft fixture fixed under pressure in the hole on the neck of the bottle or by using known means on the neck of the bottle.

Moreover, there is usually a worn covering member that covers a lid made of thin aluminum or plastic.

Known closing devices also typically have an annular strip provided with a predetermined breaking line for connecting the lid to the neck of the bottle before it is opened for the first time.

The presence of this annular strip serves to make it clear whether the bottle has already been opened. In practice, the bottle cannot be opened without causing a break in the aforementioned annular strip along a predetermined break line. As a result, the tearing of the ring line means that the bottle has already been opened. An indication that the bottle has already been opened is necessary because, as soon as the bottle is open, it is very easy to remove the dispenser in order to change the contents of the bottle itself. Thus, the requirement of the market is to ensure that the buyer can clearly define the conditions for the integrity of the bottle and, consequently, its contents.

In view of the foregoing, there is a need for a bottle closing device, such as a device made in accordance with the present invention, which eliminates or in any case reduces the possibility that unauthorized damage to the integrity of the bottle or its opening and, consequently, a possible change or the contamination of its contents will not be immediately apparent.

Thus, the purpose of the present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art by providing a closing device for bottles, which should clearly and clearly show whether the bottle was opened at least once after its original packaging has been completed.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a closing device for bottles, which should be simple and easy to handle. Finally, another objective of the present invention is to provide a closing device for bottles, which should be simple and inexpensive to manufacture.

These and other objectives in accordance with the present invention are achieved by providing a closing device for bottles and, in particular, for bottles with alcoholic beverages or alcohol-containing liquids, as described in claim 1 of the claims.

Other features of the closure device are the subject of the dependent claims.

With reference to the drawings shows the closing device for bottles, in particular bottles with alcoholic beverages or with alcohol-containing liquids, made in accordance with the present invention and indicated in the whole number 100 position. Closing device 100 contains

In order to ensure a good articulation between the two diffusers 12 and 2, described above, there is a gear ring 50 located in the lower part of the upper diffuser 2 and a counter-gear rim 60 located in the upper part of the lower diffuser 12.

The covering element 4 also in a known manner consists of an upper part 4 ′ and a lower part 4 attached along a predetermined break line 6, which is necessarily broken when the bottle is first opened 5. As a result, the covering element 4 is divided into an upper part 4 ′ and a lower part 4 .

The cover 1 also comprises a flat top part 7 and an inner side part 8 of a tubular shape, provided with a thread 55 adapted to cooperate with a corresponding thread 56 of the upper diffuser 2. The interaction between the thread of the internal side part 8 of the cover 1 and the thread of the upper diffuser 2 causes the cover to close. 1 on the upper diffuser 2 and, consequently, the closing device 100 on the neck of the bottle 5.

The side part 8 of the cover 1 extends from the top part 7 to contact with its lower end part, beyond the predetermined break line 6.

The cover 1 additionally has at least one safety tab 9 attached to the side part 8 of the cover 1.

Each tongue 9 comprises a substantially flat flexible part 11, having a free end 40, and a protrusion 30, which protrudes from this element to the outside, passing behind the casing of the side part 8 of the cover 1.

During assembly of the closing device 100, the cover 1 together with the other elements of the device 100 is mounted so that the free end 40 of the flexible part 11 of each safety tongue 9 does not face towards the upper diffuser 2.

To make this possible, the flexible parts 11 are configured to assume a neutral position in which their free parts 40 do not extend inward beyond the line bounded by the side part 8 of the cover 1.

After fastening the cover 1 to the upper diffuser 2, the covering element 4 is mounted on the device 100. As a result of this operation, the projections 30 are squeezed, which leads to their compression and bending inside the flexible parts 11 on which they are located. Mainly the protrusions 30 are located on the free ends of the 40 flexible parts 11 reeds 9.

After assembling the device 100, the latter is attached to the bottle 5.

As already mentioned above, the lower diffuser 12 and valve 13 ', fitted with a ball valve 13, can be attached to the upper diffuser 2, and the cover 1 can be equipped with a central rod 14 for engaging with said lower diffuser 12. During the first opening of the device 100 the cover 1 and the upper diffuser 2 are disconnected, thereby leading to a rupture of a predetermined break line 6.

In other words, bending the safety lugs 9 inward during the re-closing of the lid 1 prevents the splash guard 3 from abutting the upper part 7 of the lid 1, as was the case before the opening.

CLAIM 1.
