A makeup preparation is proposed for nails and face skin, hairy parts of head, back, feet and hands having defects caused by nonpathogenic fungi, and/or sun rays, and/or stings, and/or dysbolism, comprising an active basis and a resultant base, wherein benzyl-dimethyl[3-(myristoylamino)propyl] ammonium chloride (myramistin) with the following component ratio, wt.%: Benzyl-dimethyl[3-(myristoylamino)propyl] ammonium chloride (myramistin) - 0.01 - 0.5; Resultant base - up to 100. Wherein as the resultant base there can be used: water, water-glycerin and/or water-perfumed solutions, gel-forming solutions, in particular, cellulose derivatives, for example hydroxyethylcelluloses, water-emulsion, cream bases, emulsions of oil/water or water/oil, different flowery, grassy extracts, as well as detergent compositions for skin and hair. Depending on the use the preparation can be either lotion, or gel, or cream. The positive effect of the inventive preparation is achieved by using it as anti-acne, anti-dandruff, anti-fungi and anti-inflammatory agents or variants thereof with simultaneous softening, conditioning, regenerating and normalizing fattiness effects upon the face skin, body, hands, feet, head and hair.

Description

The invention relates to the cosmetic industry, in particular to the means of preventive skin care.

Known means for skin care in the form of lotions (US Pat. RF № 2029544, № 2083186), gels (US Pat. RF №№ 2085105, 2085187, 2089177, 2093141, 2116066, 2136268). The disadvantage of these funds is the presence in the composition of ethyl alcohol, which dries the skin, or a narrow focus of use, or lack of effectiveness and a limited range of therapeutic and prophylactic action, or a very multi-component composition, which can cause allergic reactions of the body.

Closest to the claimed technical solution is a gel for the skin of the hands, comprising, in wt.%: Polyethylene oxide with mol. a mass of 1560 Da - (1.0 - 2.5), chlorhexidine (0.02-0.07), water - the rest.

The disadvantages of this tool include a narrow purpose - protective properties due to the formation of the film. Chlorhexidine is used only as a preservative for a solution of polyethylene oxide, because at a concentration above 0.07%, it creates an irritating effect on the skin of the hands. The use of such a gel for the face or another is impossible. In addition, it does not have therapeutic and prophylactic properties for the skin.

At the same time, water, water-glycerin and / or water-perfumed solutions, solutions of gelling agents, in particular cellulose derivatives, for example hydroxyethylcellulose, water-emulsion, cream bases, emulsions of oil / water or water / oil type can be used as a target basis. , various floral, herbal extracts, as well as cleansing compositions for skin and hair.

Depending on the target base used, the proposed agent can be either a lotion, or gel, or cream, or shampoo.

The proposed tool is prepared depending on the selected cosmetic form or by mixing the finished target base with the calculated amount of benzyldimethyl [3- (myristoylamino) propyl] ammonium chloride or its 10% aqueous solution, or by direct mixing the calculated amounts of all ingredients at a temperature (20-70 ) ° C.

The inventive agent provides anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antiseptic and antifungal effects, causes acne regression and normalizes oily skin, shows a softening effect and improves skin elasticity in all application areas, as well as softening and conditioning the hair when used in scalping products and shampoos, provides a high anti-dandruff effect, provides a healing, refreshing and cleansing effect, heals abrasions, scratches, protects the skin from peeling, pok asneniya, irritation.

In tab. 1 shows 12 examples of variants of the proposed means, confirming, but not exhaustive, all possible combinations and directions of its application.

In tab. 2 presents the results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of anti-acne forms of the proposed tool. Studies were conducted on a group of volunteers of both sexes in an amount of 20 people for each cosmetic form at the age of 15 to 28 years old with a diagnosis of oily skin complicated by acne. ND was used for research methods: “Instructions for Experimental and Clinical Testing of Cosmetic Products” (USSR Ministry of Health, 01.06.86), “Temporary List of Indicators”, approved by the Civil Code of the SEN RF 12/12/93, SanPin 1.2.681-97, accredited testing methods perfumery and cosmetic products of the Institute of Beauty, on the basis of which the tests were conducted.

As can be seen from the data table. 2, all anti-acne cosmetic forms of the claimed agent had a pronounced sebostatic effect and a pronounced effect on the elements of acne.

From the above results it follows that the claimed cosmetic products can be recommended for intensive care of oily skin complicated by acne. The observed clinical effect on the parameters: the content of lipids in the skin, the total acne load is high.

In some cases, acne regression was observed, indicating a regenerative effect of the proposed remedy.

In tab. 3 shows the results of the evaluation of the anti-dandruff effect of the proposed drug. Studies were conducted on two groups of volunteers, 20 people each, between the ages of 28 and 45 males. The diagnosis is dandruff. Used the same ND, as in previous studies of anti-acne forms.

As can be seen from the table. 3, both cosmetic forms have anti-dandruff effect and, according to the methods of the Beauty Institute, can be recommended for intensive cleansing oily care.

In tab. 4 presents the results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the antifungal effects of the proposed drug. As can be seen from the table, the proposed tool in the form of forms intended for therapeutic and prophylactic cosmetic care for problem skin affected by fungi, has a pronounced fungicidal action.

Studies on volunteers suffering from fungal infections of the feet have shown that after 1-2 days of daily 1-2 times the use of the product in any cosmetic form, there is a decrease in itching and an improvement in subjective sensations. After 1-2 weeks there was a persistent improvement in the condition. The skin of the feet acquired a healthy appearance, became softer and more elastic. In the case of fungal nail infections, the healing effect was observed after 3-4 weeks, when the growth of a new healthy nail was noticeable. However, a complete improvement of the nail can be obtained only after a complete replacement of the patient by growing new and healthy, if all this time 2 times a day to process the sick nail with lotion and gel or cream.

The effectiveness of the anti-inflammatory action of the proposed drug was tested on 60 volunteers of both sexes aged 25 to 60 years, in whom the agent treated either the skin after the bites of mosquitoes and gadflies, or the skin after sunburn, or the skin after shaving. To relieve itching, burning, redness, swelling, it was enough to apply a single lotion or gel according to the table. 1. In case of severe sunburn, it was necessary to reapply the drug, depending on the degree of hyperemia, from 2 to 5 times. Healing of light abrasions, scratches after shaving passed without complications already from a one-time treatment, and for cuts in the skin of both the face and legs, it was necessary to reapply 1-2 times to the cuts.

Anti-inflammatory shampoo was used by 3 people - men, who, in the absence of dandruff, had itchy scalp after washing with ordinary shampoos.

After washing the head with shampoo by the means claimed (Table 1), itching disappeared and did not appear even with daily washing of the head with this shampoo.

The inventive tool in all variants of cosmetic forms is stable and does not reduce the efficiency when stored at a temperature of 24 ° C for at least 2 years.

In general, the introduction of benzyl-dimethyl [3- (myristoylamino) propyl] ammonium chloride in cosmetics for problem skin provides a healing, refreshing and cleansing effect. Means can be the basis for makeup.

The tool heals abrasions, scratches, protects the skin from flaking, redness, irritation.

Practical industrial use of the proposed technical solution and the feasibility of its use in cosmetology is not in doubt.
