Claims (18)

1. Smelteblæst fiber (MBF) omfattende en polypropylensammensætning (PC), omfattende (a) en første polypropylen (PP1) med et smelteindeks MFR2 (230 °C), målt i henhold til ISO 1133, i området 1.500 til 10.000 g/10 min; og (b) en anden polypropylen (PP2), hvor den første polypropylen (PP1) har et højere smelteindeks end den anden polypropylen (PP2), og hvor yderligere forholdet af smelteindekset MFR2 målt i henhold til ISO 1133 af blandingen (M), bestående af den første polypropylen (PP1) og den anden polypropylen (PP2), til smelteindekset MFR2 (230 °C) målt i henhold til ISO 1133 af den første polypropylen (PP1) [MFR2(M)/MFR2(PP1)j er i området af 0,08 til 0,62, og hvor mængden af den første polypropylen (PP1) og den anden polypropylen (PP2) sammen udgør mindst 80 vægt% af den smelteblæste fiber (MBF).
2. Smelteblæst fiber (MBF) ifølge krav 1, hvor den første polypropylen (PP1) har en vægtgennemsnitlig molekylvægt Mw i området af 35 til 75 kg/mol og/eller et smelteindeks MFR2 (230 °C) målt i henhold til ISO 1133 af mindst 1.000 g/10 min.
3. Smelteblæst fiber (MBF) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor blandingen (M) har en vægtgennemsnitlig molekylvægt Mw i området af 50 til 110 kg/mol.
4. Smelteblæst fiber (MBF) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor propylensammensætningen (PP) har (a) en vægtgennemsnitlig molekylvægt (Mw) i området af 50 til 110 g/mol; og/eller (b) et smelteindeks MFR2 (230 °C) målt i henhold til ISO 1133 på mindst 650 g/10 min,
5. Smelteblæst fiber (MBF) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor mængden af den første polypropylen (PP1) og den anden polypropylen (PP2) sammen udgør mindst 80 vægt% af polypropylensammensætningen (PC).
6. Smelteblæst fiber (MBF) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor mængden af polypropylensammensætningen (PC) udgør mindst 80 vægt% af den smelteblæste fiber (MBF).
7. Smelteblæst fiber (MBF) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor vægtforholdet mellem den første polypropylen (PP1) og den anden polypropylen (PP2) [vægt% (PP1)/vægt% (PP2)] er i området af 0,05 til 1,90.
8. Smelteblæst fiber (MBF) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor forholdet af den vægtgennemsnitlige molekylvægt Mw af blandingen (M) til den vægtgennemsnitlige molekylvægt Mw af den første polypropylen (PP1) [Mw(M)/Mw(PP1)] er i området af 0,7 til 3,1.
9. Smelteblæst fiber (MBF) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor (a) blandingen (M) og/eller polypropylensammensætningen (PC) har en molekylvægtfordeling (Mw/Mn) i området af 2,0 til 10,0; og/eller (b) den første polypropylen (PP1) har en molekylvægtfordeling (Mw/Mn) i området af 2,0 til 8,0.
10. Smelteblæst fiber (MBF) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor blandingen (M) og polypropylensammensætningen (PPC) har (a) et comonomer-indhold i området af 0,1 til 6,0 vægt%; og/eller (b) en smeltetemperatur Tm på mindst 120 °C.
11 Smelteblæst fiber (MBF) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor propylensammensætningen (PP) har en kold xylen-opløselig fraktion (XCS) i området af 1,0 til 10,0 vægt%.
12. Smelteblæst fiber (MBF) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den vægtgennemsnitlige molekylvægt Mw af den anden polypropylen (PP2) er højere end den vægtgennemsnitlige molekylvægt Mw af den første polypropylen (PP1), fortrinsvis er den vægtgennemsnitlige molekylvægt Mw af den anden polypropylen (PP2) i området af 90 til 215 kg/mol.
13. Smelteblæst fiber (MBF) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den anden polypropylen (PP2) har et smelteindeks MFR2 (230 °C) målt i henhold til ISO 1133 i området af 50 til 650 g/10 min og eller et comonomer-indhold på mere end 2,0 til 8,0 vægt%.
14. Smelteblæst fiber (MBF) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den første polypropylen (PP1) har (a) et comonomer-indhold på højst 3,0 vægt%; og/eller (b) en kold xylen-opløselig fraktion (XCS) i området af 1,0 til 5,0 vægt%.
15. Smelteblæst fiber (MBF) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor fibrene har en gennemsnitlig diameter på 0,3 til 5,0 pm.
16. Smelteblæst væv (MBW) omfattende smelteblæste fibre (MBF) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav.
17. Smelteblæst væv (MBW) ifølge krav 16 med en vægt pr. arealenhed på højst 120 g/m2.
18. Artikel, omfattende en smelteblæst væv (MBW) ifølge krav 16 eller 17, hvilken artikel er valgt fra gruppen bestående af filtreringsmedium, ble, hygiejnebind, trusseindlæg, inkontinensprodukt til voksne, beskyttende tøj, afdækningsstykke, operationskittel og operationstøj.
