Claims (18)
1. Omformer med jævnspændingsmellemkreds til omdannelse afen indgangsspænding til en vekselspænding med forudbestemt amplitude og frekvens til styring afen en- eller flerfaset belastning, med - et antal moduler (10; 10-1 ,...,10-7), der er udformet således, at de kan stables oven på hinanden, hvor hvert modul (10; 10-1,...,10-7) omfatter et keramisk kølelegeme (11) med en optagelsesflade (12), hvorpå der optages elektroniske komponenter (24) af en fase, hvor det keramiske kølelegeme (11) i området ved optagelsesfladen (12) omfatter en eller flere kanaler, der i drift af omformeren (1) kan gennemstrømmes af et kølemedium; - mindst en mellemkredskondensator (112) og effekttilslutninger på indgangs-og udgangssiden, der er anbragt på en første bærer (110), hvis hovedplan strækker sig vinkelret på optagelsesfladens (12) plan; - en styreenhed til styring af fasens elektroniske komponenter (24), hvor styreenheden er anbragt på en anden bærer (120), hvis hovedplan er anbragt vinkelret på optagelsesfladens (12) plan.
2. Omformer ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at der mindst på to modsat beliggende sider af optagelsesfladen (12) i hvert tilfælde er anbragt en konstruktionsbærer (13, 17), hvor konstruktionsbærerne (13, 17), i en retning vinkelret på optagelsesfladen (12), rager ud over optagelsesfladen (12), således at de elektroniske komponenter (24) så ligger i en fordybning, der er dannet mellem optagelsesfladen (12) og konstruktionsbærerne (13, 17), hvor konstruktionsbærerne (13,17) i de ender, der ligger i udstrækningsretningen, har anlæggelsesafsnit (44,...,47) til et naboliggende modul (10; 10-1,...,10-7).
3. Omformer ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at kølelegemets (11) tykkelse i området ved optagelsesfladen (12) i en retning vinkelret på optagelsesfladens (12) plan er mellem 3 mm og 5 mm.
4. Omformer ifølge krav 2 eller 3, kendetegnet ved, at konstruktionsbærernes (13, 17) tykkelse i en retning vinkelret på optagelsesfladens (12) plan er mellem 15 mm og 20 mm.
5. Omformer ifølge et af kravene 2 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at der kan tilføres kølemedium til eller bortledes kølemedium fra kølelegemets (11) kanal eller kanaler via konstruktionsbæreren eller konstruktionsbærerne (13, 17).
6. Omformer ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at der i konstruktionsbæreren eller konstruktionsbærerne (13,17) er tilvejebragt en tilløbssamlingskanal (14), der strækker sig vinkelret på optagelsesfladens (12) plan, til tilførsel af kølemediet til kanalen eller kanalerne, og der er tilvejebragt en afløbssamlingska-nal (18), der strækker sig vinkelret på optagelsesfladens (12) plan, til bortledning af kølemediet, hvor tilløbssamlingskanalens (14) og afløbssamlingskana-lens (18) pågældende volumen er meget større end volumenet i kanalen eller kanalerne, der er anbragt i optagelsesfladens (12) område.
7. Omformer ifølge et af kravene 2 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at konstruktionsbærerne (13, 17) er dannet af et keramisk materiale og i ét stykke med kølelegemet (11) med optagelsesfladen (12).
8. Omformer ifølge et af kravene 2 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at konstruktionsbærerne (13, 17) er dannet af et andet materiale end kølelegemet (11) med optagelsesfladen (12) og er forbundet form- og/eller kraftsluttende med hinanden.
9. Omformer ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der til lukning af fordybningen på begge sider af fordybningen i hvert tilfælde er tilvejebragt en tætningsplade (30, 31), der har en gennemgang til styretilslutninger eller forsynings- og belastningstilslutninger.
10. Omformer ifølge krav 9, kendetegnet ved, at styretilslutningerne går gennem en første af tætningspladerne (30), hvor styretilslutningerne uden for modulet (10; 10-1,...,10-7) er mekanisk og elektrisk forbundet med den anden bærer (120) via stikforbindelse.
11. Omformer ifølge krav 9 eller 10, kendetegnet ved, at forsyningstilslutningerne og belastningstilslutningerne går gennem en anden af tætningspladerne (31), hvor forsyningstilslutningerne uden for modulet (10; 10-1,...,10-7) er mekanisk og elektrisk forbundet med den første bærer (110) via stikforbindelse.
12. Omformer ifølge krav 11, kendetegnet ved, at mellemkredskondensato-ren eller mellemkredskondensatorerne (112) er anbragt på en anden hovedside af den første bærer (110).
13. Omformer ifølge et af kravene 9 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at en første og en anden forsyningstilslutning er dannet af oven på hinanden anbragte pladeskinner (32, 36), der er adskilt fra hinanden med et isoleringslag (35).
14. Omformer ifølge et af kravene 9 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at belastningstilslutningen er udformet som yderligere pladeskinne (27), der er ført via forsyningstilslutningernes pladeskinner (32, 36) og er adskilt fra disse via et isoleringslag (28).
15. Omformer ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at flere oven på hinanden anbragte moduler (10; 10-1,...,10-7) er forbundet mekanisk med hinanden til dannelse af en modulsamling (100-1, 100-2, 100-3).
16. Omformer ifølge krav 15, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter et antal modulsamlinger (100-1, 100-2, 100-3), der svarer til antallet af faser.
17. Omformer ifølge krav 15 eller 16, kendetegnet ved, at en respektiv modulsamling (100-1, 100-2, 100-3) er forbundet med en fælles anden bærer (120-1, 120-2, 120-3).
18. Omformer ifølge et af kravene 15 eller 17, kendetegnet ved, at en respektiv modulsamling (100-1, 100-2, 100-3) er forbundet med den første bærer (110).
