Claims (11)
1. Tekstil med mineralfibre og/eller tråde bestående hovedsageligt af fine mineraltråde, der er belagt med en brandhæmmende sammensætning, kendetegnet ved, at den brandhæmmende sammensætning består af en acrylharpiks, en tørremiddelforbindelse valgt blandt fosforsyre, svovlsyre, borsyre, salte fra disse syrer med flygtig kation samt ammoniumpolyfosfat, et udvidelsesmiddel valgt blandt de aminer og amider, som ved termisk nedbrydning frigiver ikke-brændbare gasser og eventuelt en fluorcarbonpolymerforbindelse, hvor acrylharpiksen er fremstillet af en homopolymer af acrylsyre eller methacrylsyre eller en copolymer af acrylsyre og/eller methacrylsyre og en ethylenumættet monomer.
2. Tekstil ifølge krav 1 kendetegnet ved, at acrylharpiksen består af en homopolymer af acrylsyre.
3. Tekstil ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 2 kendetegnet ved, at udvidelsesmidlet er urinstof, melamin eller guanidin, og fordelagtigt urinstof.
4. Tekstil ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 3 kendetegnet ved, at den brandhæmmende sammensætning består af (i % faste stoffer): 10 til 60 % acrylharpiks, fordelagtigt 15 til 50 %, 20 til 50 % tørremiddelforbindelse, fordelagtigt 30 til 40 %, 5 til 30 % udvidelsesmiddelforbindelse, fordelagtigt 10 til 20 %, 5 til 60 % fluorcarbonpolymer, fordelagtigt 10 til 30 %.
5. Tekstil ifølge krav 1 kendetegnet ved, at fibrene og/eller mineraltrådene er fremstillet af glas eller sten, fortrinsvis basalt.
6. Tekstil ifølge krav 5 kendetegnet ved, at det desuden indeholder naturlige organiske fibre og/eller tråde, fortrinsvis baseret på cellulose eller syntetiske fibre, fortrinsvis baseret på en polymer.
7. Tekstil ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 6 kendetegnet ved, at det er i form af uvævet materiale, stof, trendstok, strik eller fletning.
8. Tekstil ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 7 kendetegnet ved, at det drejer sig om lysende stof med optiske fibre og bindetråde, fortrinsvis af glas.
9. Tekstil ifølge krav 8 kendetegnet ved, at de optiske fibre er glasfibre eller organiske fibre, fortrinsvis organiske fibre.
10. Tekstil ifølge ét af kravene 8 eller 9 kendetegnet ved, at glastrådene repræsenterer mindst 20 % af massen af det lysende stof, fortrinsvis mindst 40 %.
11. Tekstil ifølge ét af kravene 8 til 10 kendetegnet ved, at det desuden omfatter en strukturbelægning, fortrinsvis påført en flade, der ikke anvendes som lysende overflade.
