Claims (15)
1. Ventilanordning til modulering af en strøm af fluid gennem en ventil, hvor ventilanordningen omfatter: en flange (1) med en åbning (4), en første skive (2) med en åbning (6), mindst ét stempel (9) og en anden skive (7), der er forbundet med det mindst ét stempel (9), en pakning (5, 5a, 5b) mellem flangen (1) og den første skive (2), hvor pakningen (5, 5a, 5b) er i kontakt med flangen (1) og i kontakt med den første skive (2), hvor pakningen (5, 5a, 5b) danner en lukket sløjfe, hvor ventilanordningen yderligere omfatter tre lejeelementer (3a, 3b, 3c), der er anbragt imellem den første skive (2) og flangen (1), hvor de tre lejeelementer (3a, 3b, 3c) definerer positionen og retningen af den første skive (2) i forhold til flangen (1), hvor de tre lejeelementer (3a, 3b, 3c) adskiller den første skive (2) fra flangen (1), og derved definerer et mellemrum mellem flangen (1) og skiven (2), hvor ventilanordningen omfatter en fluidbane, som forbinder åbningen (4) af flangen (1) via mellemrummet mellem flangen (1) og den første skive (2) til åbningen (6) af den første skive (2), hvor fluidbanen har en del indvendigt i mellemrummet, hvor pakningen (5, 5a, 5b) forsegler den del af fluidbanen, således at enhver fluidstrømning ind i og/eller ud af denne del tvinges til at strømme gennem mindst én af åbningerne (4, 6), hvor den første skive (2) og den anden skive (7) hver især tilvejebringer flader i indbyrdes anlæg, hvor det mindst ét stempel (9) er konfigureret til at forskyde den anden skive (7) langs siderne i indbyrdes anlæg fra en første position til en anden position, hvor den anden skive (7) i sin første position dækker åbningen (6) af den første skive (2) og derved blokerer fluidstrømmen langs fluidbanen, hvor den anden skive (7) i sin anden position i det mindste delvis blotlægger åbningen (6) af den første skive (2) og derved tillader en fluidstrøm langs fluidbanen.
2. Ventilanordning ifølge krav 1, hvor de tre lejeelementer (3a, 3b, 3c) rager frem fra den første skive (2), og hvor mindst ét af lejeelementerne (3a, 3b, 3c) er i permanent kontakt med flangen (1).
3. Ventilanordning ifølge krav 1, hvor de tre lejeelementer (3a, 3b, 3c) rager frem fra flangen (1), og hvor mindst ét af lejeelementerne (3a, 3b, 3c) er i permanent kontakt med den første skive (2).
4. Ventilanordning ifølge krav 1, hvor de tre lejeelementer (3a, 3b, 3c) rager frem fra den første skive (2), og/eller hvor et af lejeelementerne (3a, 3b, 3c) ikke er forbundet, fortrinsvis ikke permanent forbundet med flangen (1).
5. Ventilanordning ifølge krav 1, hvor de tre lejeelementer (3a, 3b, 3c) rager frem fra flangen (1), og/eller hvor mindst ét af lejeelementerne (3a, 3b, 3c) ikke er forbundet, fortrinsvis ikke permanent forbundet med den første skive (2).
6. Ventilanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor mindst én af skiverne (2, 7) er fremstillet af keramik, fortrinsvis af teknisk keramik, endnu mere foretrukket af siliciumkarbid og/eller af aluminumoxid.
7. Ventilanordning ifølge krav 6, hvor begge skiver (2, 7) er fremstillet af keramik, fortrinsvis af teknisk keramik, endnu mere foretrukket af siliciumkarbid og/eller af aluminumoxid.
8. Ventilanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor fladerne i indbyrdes anlæg af den første skive (2) og den anden skive (7) er plan eller i det væsentlige plan.
9. Ventilanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den første plade (2) er en fast skive (2) og ikke er konfigureret til at forskydes i forhold til flangen (1).
10. Ventilanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor stemplet (9) er konfigureret til at forskyde, fortrinsvis til at forskyde kontinuerligt, den anden skive (7) langs siderne i indbyrdes anlæg fra en første position til en tredje position, hvor den anden skive (7) i sin tredje position fuldstændig blotlægger åbningen (6) af den første skive (2) og derved tillader en fluidstrøm langs fluidbanen.
11. Ventil, som omfatter mindst ét indløb og mindst ét udløb og en fluidbane, som forbinder den mindst ét indløb med det mindst ét udløb, ventilen omfatter ligeledes en ventilanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den mindst én ventil er anbragt i fluidbanen mellem det mindst ét indløb af ventilen og det mindst ét udløb af ventilen.
12. Ventil ifølge krav 11, hvor det mindst ét indløb af ventilen og det mindst ét udløb af ventilen definerer en retning af fluidstrømmen, således at det mindst ét indløb er anbragt opstrøms for det mindst ét udløb, hvor den anden skive (7) af den mindst én ventilanordning er anbragt opstrøms for den første skive (2) af den mindst én ventilanordning.
13. Ventil ifølge krav 11, hvor det mindst ét indløb af ventilen og det mindst ét udløb af ventilen definerer en retning af fluidstrømmen, således at det mindst ét udløb er anbragt nedstrøms for det mindst ét indløb, hvor den anden skive (7) af den mindst én ventilanordning er anbragt nedstrøms for den første skive (2) af den mindst én ventilanordning.
14. Kredsløb til opvarmning, afkøling, luftbehandling og/eller ventilation med mindst en ventil ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 11 til 13.
15. Indretning med mindst én brændstofcelle og mindst én ventil ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 11 til 13, hvor den mindst én ventil er konfigureret til at modulere strømmen af en fluid til og/eller fra den mindst én brændstofcelle.
