Claims (2)
1. Indretning til konvertere en lineær forudsigelseskoefficient, der konverterer første lineære forudsigelseskoefficienter beregnet ved en første samplingfrekvens til anden lineære forudsigelseskoefficienter ved en anden samplingfrekvens forskellig fra den første samplingfrekvens, omfattende: et organ til at beregne, ved punkter på den reelle akse af enhedscirklen, ved at anvende LSF-dekomposition og Chebyshev-polynomier, et effektspektrum svarende til de anden lineære forudsigelseskoefficienter ved den anden samplingfrekvens baseret på de første lineære forudsigelseskoefficienter (S002); et organ til at beregne, ved punkter på den reelle akse af enhedscirklen, autokorrelationskoefficienter fra effektspektret (S003); et organ til at konvertere autokorrelationskoefficienterne til de anden lineære forudsigelseskoefficienter ved den anden samplingfrekvens (S004); og hvor effektspektret svarende til de anden lineære forudsigelseskoefficienter opnås ved at beregne et effektspektrum ved at anvende de første lineære forudsigelseskoefficienter ved punkter på den reelle akse svarende til antallet af forskellige frekvenser ved den anden samplingfrekvens.
2.
