Claims (18)
1. Et omrøreelement (2) til cirkulering af kloakvand modtaget i en tank, hvorhos om-røreelementet (2) har en konisk eller hyperbel-lignende facon og et centralt forbindelsesstykke (As) til forbindelse til en omrøreaksel (1), kendetegnet ved, at omrøreele-mentet (2) er formet af et flertal af segmenter (S, S’), der er fremstillet af metal, og som er samlet langs samlingszoner (Fl) forløbende fra omrøreakslen (1) til en perifer kant af omrøreelementet (2).
2. Omrøreelementet ifølge krav 1, hvorhos samlingszoneme (Fl) forløber delvis parallelt og/eller på skrånende måde i forhold til en radial retning.
3. Omrøreelementet ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvorhos samlingszoneme er udformet i plant billede fra et flertal af lige dele (Al, A2, A3), som hver er indbyrdes forbundne via en vinklet afvigelse.
4. Omrøreelementet ifølge krav 3, hvorhos en vinkel (a) omsluttet af tilstødende dele (Al, A2, A3) er 130° til 165°.
5. Omrøreelementet ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorhos hvert segment (S, S’) har bukkelinier (B) forløbende i radial retning.
6. Omrøreelementet ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorhos segmenterne (S, S’) er fremstillet af metalplade af højkvalitets stål med en tykkelse fra 0.5 til 15 mm, fortrinsvis 0.8 til 3 mm.
7. Omrøreelementet ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorhos segmenterne (S, S’) har en facon tilsvarende et segment af en cirkel i plant billede.
8. Omrøreelementet ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorhos segmenterne (S, S’) er strukturmæssigt identiske.
9. Omrøreelementet ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorhos skæringsribber (4) er monteret på en perifer kantdel af segmenterne (S, S’) som udgør en del af den perifere kant.
10. Omrøreelementet ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorhos mindst en transportribbe (3) forløber fra en øvre side (O) af hvert segment (S, S’), som vender imod omrøreakslen (1).
11. Omrøreelementet ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorhos samlingszoneme er udformet af metalpladedele (7, 7’) bøjet mod den øvre side (O) af segmenterne (S, S’).
12. Omrøreelementet ifølge krav 11, hvorhos de bøjede metalpladedele (7, 7’) af to nabosegmenter (S, S’) i samlet tilstand danner en transportribbe (3).
13. Omrøreelementet ifølge ethvert af kravene 10 -12, hvorhos skæringsribberne (4) og/eller transportribberne (3) er fremstillet af metalplade af højkvalitetsstål og er forbundet med de respektive segmenter (S) ved hjælp af mindst en punktsamling.
14. Omrøreelementet ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorhos en radial inderende af hvert segment (S, S’) har en vinklet forbindelsesdel (5) udformet med en åbning (6).
15. Omrøreelementet ifølge krav 14, hvorhos åbningerne (6) af forbindelsesdelene (5) af alle indbyrdes forbundne segmenter (S, S’) ligger på en virtuel cirkel.
16. Omrøreelementet ifølge ethvert af den foregående krav, hvorhos hvert segment er dannet af et flertal af delsegmenter (TI, T2, T3, T4), som er samlet langs yderligere samlingszoner (F2) forløbende tilnærmelsesvis koncentrisk i forhold til omrøreakslen (1).
17. Omrøreelementet ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorhos segmenterne (S, S’) og/eller delsegmenteme (TI, T2, T3, T4) er indbyrdes samlet ved hjælp af nittesamlinger eller punktsvejsning samlinger.
18. En indretning til cirkulering af kloakvand modtaget i en tank, hvorhos et omrøre-element (2) ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav er monteret på en omrøreaksel (1) udgående fra et drivarrangement.
