Claims (12)
1. Intra-oralt billeddannelsessystem omfattende: et manuelt anbringeligt intra-oralt billedtagningsapparat (201), et display (205), en processor (203), og en ikke-flygtig hukommelse, der lagrer instruktioner, som, når de udføres ved hjælp af processoren, forårsager at systemet modtager direkte billeddata fra en patient fra det intra-orale billedtagningsapparat, viser de direkte billeddata på displayet, og skaffer sig adgang til et tidligere lagret intra-oralt billede af patienten fra den ikke-flygtige hukommelse, kendetegnet ved, at instruktionerne, når de udføres ved hjælp af processoren, endvidere bevirker at systemet genererer en opretningsmaske baseret på det tilgåede tidligere lagrede intra-orale billede, viser opretningsmasken på displayet anbragt oven på de direkte billeddata, bestemmer hvorvidt de direkte billeddata er rettet op i forhold til opretningsmasken, tager automatisk et nyt intra-oralt billede af patienten fra de direkte data som svar på bestemmelsen af, at de direkte billeddata er rettet op i forhold til opretningsmasken, og lagrer det nye intra-orale billede i den ikke-flygtige hukommelse.
2. Intra-oralt billedsystem ifølge krav 1, hvorved instruktionerne, når de udføres af processoren, yderligere forårsager, at systemet viser visuel feedback på displayet som svar på bestemmelsen af, at de direkte billeddata er rettet op i forhold til opretningsmasken.
3. Intra-oralt billeddannelsessystem ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved instruktionerne, når de udføres ved hjælp af processoren, får systemet til at generere opretningsmasken ved at brug en kantkonstateringsrutine til at generere et første omrids af i det mindste en del af en tand i det tilgåede tidligere lagrede intra-orale billede af patienten, periodisk anvende kantkonstateringsrutinen til at generere et andet omrids af en eller flere tænder fra de direkte billeddata, og bestemme hvorvidt de direkte billeddata er rettet op i forhold til opretningsmasken ved at bestemme, hvorvidt det første omrids matcher det andet omrids.
4. Intra-oralt billedsystem ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved instruktionerne, når de udføres ved hjælp af processoren, yderligere bringer systemet til at vise opretningsmasken på displayet i en første farve, når systemet bestemmer, at de direkte data ikke er rettet op i forhold til opretningsmasken, og vise opretningsmasken på displayet i en anden farve, hvis systemet bestemmer, at de direkte data er rettet op i forhold til opretningsmasken.
5. Intra-oralt billedsystem ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved instruktionerne, når de udføres ved hjælp af processoren, bringer systemet til at vise opretningsmasken på displayet liggende oven på de direkte data ved at vise en delvis transparent version af det tilgående tidligere lagrede intra-orale billede lagt oven på de direkte billeddata.
6. Intra-oralt billedsystem ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved instruktionerne, når de udføres ved hjælp af processoren, yderligere bringer systemet til at identificere et interesseområde i en patients mundhule baseret på et input fra en bruger, generere en liste af tidligere lagrede intra-orale billeder til patienten, hvorved den generede liste kun omfatter tidligere lagrede intra-orale billeder, som svarer til det identificerede interesseområde, vise listen af tidligere lagrede intra-orale billeder for patienten, modtage et udvalg fra brugeren af et tidligere lagret intra-oralt billede fra listen, og generere opretningsmasken baseret på det valgte tidligere lagrede intra-orale billede.
7. Fremgangsmåde til at hjælpe med opretning af et manuelt placerbart intra-oralt billedtagningsapparat, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: modtagelse af en patients direkte billeddata fra det intra-orale billedtagningsapparat, visning af de direkte billeddata på et display, og tilgåelse af patientens tidligere lagrede intra-orale billede fra en ikke-flygtig hukommelse, kendetegnet ved: automatisk generering, ved hjælp af et computersystem, af en opretningsmaske baseret på det tilgåede tidligere lagrede intra-orale billede, visning af opretningsmasken på displayet anbragt oven på de direkte billeddata, bestemmelse af, hvorvidt de direkte billeddata er rettet op i forhold til opretningsmasken eller er blevet rettet op i forhold til opretningsmasken efter manuel placering af billedtagningsapparatet, automatisk tagning af et nyt intra-oralt billede af patienten fra de direkte billeddata som svar på bestemmelsen af, at de direkte billeddata er rettet op i forhold til opretningsmasken, og lagring af det nye intra-orale billede i den ikke-flygtige hukommelse.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, og som yderligere omfatter: visning af visuelt feedback på displayet som svar på bestemmelsen af, at de direkte billeddata er rettet op i forhold til opretningsmasken.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 7 til 8, og som yderligere omfatter generering af et første omrids af i det mindste en del af en tand i det tilgående tidligere lagrede intra-orale billede af patienten ved brug af en kantkonstateringsrutine, hvorved generering af opretningsmasken baseret på det tilgående tidligere lagrede intra-orale billede omfatter generering af opretningsmasken baseret på det første omrids, periodisk anvendelse af kantkonstateringsrutinen til at generere et andet omrids af den ene eller de flere tænder fra de direkte billeddata, og bestemmelse af, hvorvidt de direkte billeddata er rettet op i forhold til opretningsmasken ved at bestemme, hvorvidt det første omrids matcher det andet omrids.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 7 til 9, og som yderligere omfatter: visning af opretningsmasken på displayet i en første farve, når systemet bestemmer, at de direkte data ikke er rettet op i forhold til opretningsmasken, og visning af opretningsmasken på displayet i en anden farve, hvis systemet bestemmer, at de direkte data er rettet op i forhold til opretningsmasken.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 7 til 10, hvorved visning af opretningsmasken på displayet liggende oven på de direkte billeddata omfatter visning af en delvis transparent version af det tilgående tidligere lagrede intra-orale billede liggende oven på de direkte billeddata.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 7 til 11, og som yderligere omfatter: identificering af et interesseområde i en patients mundhule baseret på et input fra en bruger, generering af en liste af tidligere lagrede intra-orale billeder til patienten, hvorved den generede liste kun omfatter tidligere lagrede intra-orale billeder, som svarer til det identificerede interesseområde, visning af listen af tidligere lagrede intra-orale billeder for patienten, modtagelse af et udvalg fra brugeren af et tidligere lagret intra-oralt billede fra listen, og generering af opretningsmasken baseret på det valgte tidligere lagrede intra-orale billede.
