Claims (6)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af koncentrater af vandopløselige aktive stoffer, hvor, i en vandfri proces under anvendelse af faste aktive stoffer som udgangsmateriale, krystallerne af et aktivt stof fordeles ensartet i et organisk opløsningsmiddel under tilsætning af et dispergeringsmiddel, viskositeten af den således tilvejebragte opløsning eventuelt indstilles med et egnet hjælpemiddel, og dertil den således tilvejebragte opløsning tilsættes en polymerdanner, eventuelt i et andet organisk opløsningsmiddel, hvor viskositeten enten af den opløsning, der skal tilsættes, eller af den tilvejebragte opløsning eventuelt indstilles ved at tilsætte et egnet hjælpemiddel, og der hældes et befugtningsmiddel med mindst to funktionelle grupper i et tredje organisk opløsningsmiddel tilbage i den tilvejebragte opløsning, hvor viskositeten af enten den opløsning, der skal tilsættes, eller af den tilvejebragte opløsning igen eventuelt indstilles ved at tilsætte et egnet hjælpemiddel, kendetegnet ved, at polymerdanneren er udvalgt fra gruppen omfattende lavviskøse poly-methylen-polyphenylisocyanater, fortrinsvis med et gennemsnitligt NCO-indhold på 25-35, særligt foretrukket 30-32 %, samt blandinger heraf, og be-fugtningsmidlet er en i det mindste bifunktionel krydsbinder for NCO-grupper og tilsættes i en i det mindste støkiometrisk mængde, hvor befugtningsmidlet er eller omfatter en ethanolamin, især triethanolamin (TEA).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det aktive stof er udvalgt fra gruppen omfattende biologisk effektive, insekticide, herbicide, fungicide, akaricide, algicide, mikrobicide, mikrobistatiske, rodenticide og antibiotisk effektive aktive stoffer, imprægneringsmidler, tiltrækningsstoffer, duftstoffer og generelt tiltrækkende eller frastødende virkende duft- eller smagsstoffer samt blandinger af sådanne aktive stoffer.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at dispergerings-midlet er et polyvinylpyrrolidonderivat.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at opløsningsmidlet eller opløsningsmidlerne er udvalgt fra gruppen omfattende estere af planteolier, især methylestere og ethylhexylestere af de mellemkædede mættede, i hvert fald mono- eller polyumættede fedtsyrer med 8 til 16 C-ato-mer uden reaktive hydroxylgrupper, terpenkulbrinter, især appelsinterpen, alifatiske og aromatiske kulbrinter, ethere og estere af naturlige og tekniske alifatiske og aromatiske alkoholer i forgrenet eller uforgrenet form og blandinger heraf.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at reaktionen finder sted ved mellem 10 og 80, fortrinsvis mellem 40 og 60 °C, hhv. ved en temperatur på mindst 1 °C, bedre mindst 5 °C, særligt foretrukket mere end 10 °C under flammetemperaturen af det pågældende anvendte organiske opløsningsmiddel eller/og en temperatur, ved hvilken det/de anvendte opløsningsmiddel/opløsningsmidler har et så lavt damptryk, at der ved reaktionsbetingelser ikke opstår eller sker nogen eksplosionsfarlig atmosfære.
6. Pulver eller granulat, omfattende coatede krystaller af et aktivt stof, der kan opnås i henhold til en fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5.
