Claims (9)
1. Varmesystem (1) til at opvarme en bygning og til at opvarme varmt vand tilvejebragt ved et udtagspunkt (31), omfattende en friskvandsforsyningsledning (21) til at forsyne koldt vand, en hovedvarmekilde (2), en varmebeholder (20) forbundet til hovedvarmekilden (2), og en supplerende varmekilde (26), hvor hovedvarmekilden (2) er tilvejebragt til at opvarme bygningen og/eller til at opvarme varmebeholderen (20), hvor varmebeholderen (20) lagrer varmt vand eller et opvarmet varmeoverføringsmedium til at opvarme det varme vand, og hvor den supplerende varmekilde (26) er tilvejebragt til at opvarme det varme vand, hvor det varme vand er ført fra varmebeholderen (20) igennem et første afløbsrør (32), hvor det varme vand er ført fra den supplerende varmekilde (26) igennem et andet afløbsrør (27) med en anden ventil (28), hvor det første afløbsrør (32) og det andet afløbsrør (27) slutter sammen ved et skæringspunkt (34) fra hvilket et varmtvandsrør (30) fører det varme vand til udtagspunktet (31), kendetegnet ved, at varmesystemet (1) omfatter en varmeveksler (11), hovedvarmekilden (2) enten kan være forbundet til varmebeholderen (20) eller til den første side af varmeveksleren (11) ved hjælp afen omskifterventil (7), og den supplerende varmekilde (26) er forbundet til friskvandsforsyningsledningen (21) via den anden side af varmeveksleren således at i drift det kolde friskvand først strømmer igennem varmeveksleren (11) og derefter strømmer igennem den supplerende varmekilde (26).
2. Varmesystem (1) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det første afløbsrør (32) omfatter en første ventil (33) til regulering eller blokering og/eller det andet afløbsrør (27) omfatter en anden ventil (28) til regulering eller blokering.
3. Varmesystem (1) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at varmebeholderen (20) er en drikkevandsbeholder.
4. Varmesystem (1) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at varmebeholderen (20) er en beholder med et varmeoverføringsmedium, og varmebeholderen (20) omfatter en varmeveksler til at overføre varmen af varmeoverføringsmediet til frisk vand.
5. Varmesystem (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at hovedvarmekilden (2) er en varmepumpe.
6. Varmesystem (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den supplerende varmekilde (26) er en gennemstrømningsvandvarmer.
7. Varmesystem (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at varmesystemet (1) omfatter en styreindretning (50), hvilken er forbundet til en eller flere temperatursensorer (80) for at detektere varme tilvejebragt af varmebeholderen (20), hvilke er forbundet til indstillingsorganer til at drive ventilerne (28, 33) og, hvis anvendeligt, til et indstillingsorgan for omskifterventilen (7), og styreindretningen (50) er konfigureret således at i drift ventilerne (28, 33) og, hvis anvendeligt, omskifterventilen (7) er drevet på sådan en måde, at temperaturen ved udtagspunktet (31) svarer til en lagret temperaturreferenceværdi eller en temperaturreferenceværdi indtastet af brugeren.
8. Fremgangsmåde til at betjene en varmeindretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at ventilerne (28, 33) og, hvis anvendeligt, omskifterventilen (7) drives på sådan en måde, at under trækningen af varmt vand ved udtagspunktet (31) først tilvejebringes det varme vand af varmebeholderen (20) og, i tilfældet at temperaturen af det varme vand tilvejebragt af varmebeholderen (20) er under den lagrede temperaturreferenceværdi eller temperaturreferenceværdien indtastet af brugeren, det varme vand yderligere eller udelukkende tilvejebringes af den supplerende varmekilde (26).
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at det varme vand også yderligere tilvejebringes af den supplerende varmekilde (26), hvis temperaturen af det varme vand tilvejebragt af varmebeholderen (20) er over eller lig med den lagrede temperaturreferenceværdi eller temperaturreferenceværdien indtastet af brugeren, dog er referencetemperaturen for en lagdelt beholder til stede kun i det øvre lag, for en standardbeholder er temperaturen kun en smule over referencetemperaturen eller for et fasevekselmateriale, hvilket er hovedsageligt størknet, hvorfor mængden af energi indeholdt i beholderen ikke er tilstrækkelig til at tilvejebringe en stor nok varmtvandsvolumen med referencetemperaturen.
