Claims (15)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et rør (1,11,11a) af fiberforstærket kunststof med en pasningsflade (6,16,16a) idet der udføres følgende trin: a) vikling af et fiberforstærkningsmateriale på en spolekerne, og påføring af et matrixmateriale til dannelse af røret (1,11,11 a), b) centrering af et pasningsformværktøj (2,12) i forhold til spolekernen, c) påskubning af pasningsformværktøjet i aksial retning på den senere pasningsflade (6,16,16a), som dannes på en del af rørets (1,11,11a) udvendige omfangsflade, idet pasningsformværktøjet i det mindste midlertidigt under påskubningen roterer i forhold til røret (1,11,11a) og til spolekernen, d) termisk behandling af røret (1,11,11a) i en ovn til hærdning af matrixmaterialet, idet pasningsformværktøjet (2,12) under den termiske behandling forbliver i kontakt med delen på den udvendige omfangsflade, og der derved frembringes en defineret overflade (6,16,16a) på rørets yderside ved hjælp af pasningsværktøjet (2,12).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 kendetegnet ved, at trinnene a) til d) udføres efter hinanden i den anførte rækkefølge.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2 kendetegnet ved, at pasningsformværktøjet (2,12) er udført i to eller flere dele, og at disse dele føjes sammen, før det skubbes på.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at pasningsformværktøjet (2,12) opvarmes, før eller mens det er bragt i kontakt med røret (1,11,11a).
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at pasningsformværktøjet (2,12) er opvarmet forinden, når det bringes i kontakt med røret (1,11,11 a).
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4 eller 5, kendetegnet ved, at der på pasningsformværktøjet (2,12) anvendes en temperatursensor og/eller en temperaturregulering til opvarmning af pasningsformværktøjet (2,12).
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at pasningsformværktøjet (2,12) frembringer en cylindrisk overflade (6) med konstant udvendig diameter (4) på røret (1).
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at pasningsformværktøjet (2,12) frembringer en konisk overflade (16,16a) på røret (11,11 a) .
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at pasningsformværktøjet (2,12) frembringer en hvælvet overflade med defineret hvælvingsradius på røret (1,11,11a).
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der som fiberforstærkningsmateriale anvendes carbonfibre eller glasfibre eller aramidfibre, som fortrinsvis vikles på i form af rovings.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at matrixmaterialet er en duromer, navnlig en epoxidharpiks.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at pasformværktøjet (2,12) presses mod den udvendige omfangsflade (6,16,16a) med et tryk, som er større end 0 bar og er op til 1 bar.
13. Rør (1,11,11a) af fiberforstærket kunststof med en ringformet pasningsflade (6,16,16a) fremstillet i en fremgangsmåde svarende til et af de foregående krav.
14. Rør ifølge krav 13, kendetegnet ved, at rørets udvendige diameter i området for pasningsfladen (6,16,16a) ligger mellem 30 og 500 mm, fortrinsvis mellem 80 og 300 mm, og at denne diameter i området for den ringformede pasningsflade har en afvigelse fra den ønskede værdi på mindre end + /- 0,5 mm, fortrinsvis på mindre end +/-0,1 mm.
15. Rør ifølge krav 13 eller 14, kendetegnet ved, at pasningsfladen (16,16a) er udformet konisk, at dens konusvinkel er mellem 0,1° og 5°, fortrinsvis mellem 0,1 og 1°, og at afvigelsen fra den ønskede værdi for konusvinklen er mindre end +/- 0,2° fortrinsvis mindre end +/-0,05°.
