Claims (15)
1. Kontrolmekanisme for dispenseringshastighed til anvendelse i en injektionsanordning, der har et hus (10, 30, 40; 40'; 40"; 40"') og en drivdel (70), der drives af et kraftreservoir (100, 100') og er aksialt bevægelig mellem en dosisindstillingsposition, hvor drivdelen (70) er rotationsindskrænket til huset (10, 30, 40; 40'; 40"; 40"'), og en dosisdispenseringsposition, hvor drivdelen (70) er rotationsaf koblet fra huset (10, 30, 40; 40'; 40"; 40"'), hvilken hastighedskontrolmekanisme omfatter et friktionsmiddel (42) til at forsinke drivdelen (70) under dosisdispensering afhængig af den aksiale position af drivdelen (70).
2. Mekanisme ifølge krav 1, hvor friktionsmidlet (42) omfatter en palmekanisme med en palarm (42), der er rotationsindskrænket til huset (10, 30, 40; 40'; 40"; 40"'), hvor drivdelen (70) omfatter tænder (71), der interagerer med palarmen (42) i dosisdispenseringspositionen af drivdelen (70) .
3. Mekanisme ifølge krav 2, hvor palarmen (42) er elastisk forskydelig i en radialt udadrettet retning, idet stivheden af palarmen (42) varierer over dens længde i længderetningen.
4. Håndholdt injektionsanordning, der omfatter en kontrolmekanisme for dispenseringshastigheden ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav og en udløserknap (120), der kan forskydes til initiering af dispensering af en indstillet dosis, hvor drivdelen (70) er koblet til udløserknappen (120), således at aksial forskydning af udløserknappen (120) overføres til drivdelen (70).
5. Injektionsanordning ifølge krav 4, der yderligere omfatter en dosisindstillingsdel (50), der under dosisindstilling roterer i forhold til huset (10, 30, 40; 40'; 40"; 40"') i en første retning og under dosisdispensering roterer i forhold til huset (10, 30, 40; 40'; 40"; 40"') i en anden modsat retning.
6. Injektionsanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 5, der yderligere omfatter en stempelstang (80), hvor drivdelen (70) er rotationsindskrænket og aksialt forskydelig i forhold til stempelstangen (80), og hvor stempelstangen (80) er i gevindindgreb med huset (10, 30, 40; 40'; 40"; 40"').
7. Injektionsanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 6, der yderligere omfatter en begrænsningsmekanisme med et begrænsningselement (60), der begrænser rotationsbevægelsen af dosisindstillingsdelen mellem en nuldosisposition og en maksimal dosisposition, hvor begrænsningselementet (60) er bevægeligt på en første bane, der er rotationsindskrænket men kan forskydes aksialt i forhold til den ene af huset (10, 30, 40; 40'; 40"; 40"') eller dosisindstillingsdelen (50) og er bevægelig på en anden spiralformet bane (53) i forhold til den anden af huset (10, 30, 40; 40'; 40"; 40"') eller dosisindstillingsdelen (50), og hvor mindst den ene af den første bane og den anden bane (53) har et endestop (54, 55), der begrænser den relative bevægelse af begrænsningselementet (60).
8. Injektionsanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 7, hvor dosisindstillingsdelen (50) er aksialt indskrænket i huset (10, 30, 40; 40'; 40"; 40"').
9. Injektionsanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 8, der yderligere omfatter en kobling (72), der er tilvejebragt indskudt mellem dosisindstillingsdelen (50) og drivdelen (70), hvor koblingen (72) muliggør relativ rotationsbevægelse mellem dosisindstillingsdelen (50) og drivdelen (70) under dosisindstilling og forhindrer relativ rotationsbevægelse mellem dosisindstillingsdelen (50) og drivdelen (70) under dosisdispensering.
10. Injektionsanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 9, hvor mindst dosisindstillingsdelen (50) er forsynet med markeringer, der er synlige fra udvendigt af huset (10, 30, 40; 40'; 40"; 40"').
11. Injektionsanordning ifølge krav 10, der yderligere omfatter et visningshjul (130), der er forsynet med markeringer, der er synlige fra udvendigt af huset (10, 30, 40; 40'; 40"; 40"') og er koblet til dosisindstillingsdelen (50) ved hjælp af et tandhjul (140), således at rotation af tandhjulet (140) forårsager afbrudt rotation af visningshjulet (130) .

Injektionsanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 11, der yderligere omfatter en sidstedosisbeskyttelsesmekanisme (50, 70, 90) til forhindring af indstilling af en dosis, der overstiger mængden af væske, der er tilbage i en patron (20), med en begrænsningsdel (90), der er skudt ind mellem drivdelen (70) og dosisindstillingsdelen (50) .
13. Injektionsanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 12, der omfatter en patron (20), der indeholder et medikament.
