Claims (18)
1. Styreventil (1), der omfatter: et ventillegeme (2), der har en indgangsåbning (3) og en udgangsåbning (4) til et fluid; genvindingsmidler (5) udformet til at overføre den kinetiske og/eller potentielle energi udledt af fluidet ud af ventillegemet (2); hvor genvindingsmidlerne (5) omfatter et roterende element (7) placeret inde i ventillegemet (2) på nedstrømssiden afen lukkeanordning (6) og udformet til at blive bragt i rotation af fluidet; hvor det roterende element (7) har en i alt væsentligt rørformet og cylindrisk struktur og omfatter en ydre væg (7a) og en central del (7b), der er koncentrisk med den ydre væg (7a), hvorimellem der er defineret en indre zone (7c), langs hvilken fluidet kan transitere; kendetegnet ved, at: ventillegemet (2) har en i alt væsentligt rørformet og cylindrisk form; lukkeanordningen (6) er placeret inde i ventillegemet (2) mellem indgangs- og udgangsåbningerne (3, 4), hvor lukkeanordningen (6) er udformet til at dirigere fluidet mod genvindingsmidlerne (5) og til at antage en lukningskonfiguration for ventilen (1).
2. Ventil (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at genvindingsmidlerne (5) omfatter en stator forbundet med ventillegemet (2) og placeret ved det roterende element (7); hvor det roterende element definerer en rotor elektromagnetisk sammenkoblet med statoren.
3. Ventil (1) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at genvindingsmidlerne (5) omfatter en elektrisk energigenerator placeret uden for ventillegemet (2) og mekaniske overføringsmidler udformet til at overføre den kinetiske energi fra det roterende element (7) til generatoren.
4. Ventil (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det roterende element (7) er udstyret med mindst én skovl (8) eller et andet element er tilpasset til at interagere med fluidet og til at muliggøre udviklingen af aero/hydrodynamiske kræfter, der kan bringe det roterende element (7) i rotation.

6. Ventil (1) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den indre zone (7c) er udformet til at føre fluidet langs en mindst delvist tværgående bane i forhold til rotationsaksen (A) for det roterende element (7).
7. Ventil (1) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den indre zone (7c) er udformet til at føre fluidet langs en i alt væsentligt parallel bane til rotationsaksen (A) for det roterende element (7).
8. Ventil (1) ifølge krav 1, der omfatter mindst to rørformede dele (71, 72), der hver er forsynet med eksterne skovle (81,82).
9. Ventil (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at lukkeanordningen (6) omfatter mindst en første (10) og en anden plade (11) placeret på tværs i forhold til rotationsaksen (A) for det roterende element (7); hvor den første (10) og den anden plade (11) hver har mindst én passageåbning (12); hvor den første (10) og den anden plade (11) kan bevæges i forhold til hinanden for reversibelt at gå fra en lukningskonfiguration, hvor passageåbningerne (12) ikke er er fuldt rettet ind i forhold til hinanden for at forhindre passagen af fluidet til mindst en åbningskonfiguration, hvor passageåbningerne (12) er mindst delvist overlappende for at muliggøre passage af fluidet.
10. Ventil (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor lukkeanordningen (6) omfatter to dele (61,62), hver hængslet til hinanden og forbundet med en hængselsakse (P), der kan rotere mellem en forstørret konfiguration, hvori de lukker passagen for fluidet, og en smal konfiguration, hvori de muliggør passagen for fluidet.
11. Ventil (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at lukkeanordningen (6) omfatter et glideelement (14), der er forbundet med indgangsåbningen (3) og bevægeligt bevæger sig væk fra/mod indgangsåbningen (3) for at åbne den og/eller lukke den.
12. Ventil (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at glideelementet (14) er anbragt koaksialt i forhold til det roterende element (7).

Ventil (1) ifølge krav 12, hvor: det roterende element (7) er forsynet med to rørformede elementer (71,72), der hvert har radiale åbninger (71a, 72a) tilvejebragt på sidevæggen af en aksial kanal (141), langs hvilken glideelementet (14) kan glide; glidende langs den aksiale kanal (141) progressivt afdækker eller lukker det glidende element (14) de radiale åbninger (71a, 72a).
14. Ventil (1) ifølge krav 1, der omfatter en deflektor (31), indsat mellem lukkeanordningen (6) og genvindingsmidlerne (15), struktureret til at rette væskestrømmen ind parallelt med en forudbestemt retning (F).
