Claims (15)
1. Et-trins fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et frit flydende, ikke-støvende, parti kelform igt fast gødningsmateriale, der er coatet med mikronæringsstoffer, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter påføring af en enkelt væske på et partikelformigt fast gødningsmateriale ved omgivelsestemperatur uden kemisk reaktion eller chelatering, idet den enkelte væske er pumpbar ved omgivende temperatur og omfatter en suspension af et eller flere mikronæringsstoffer i en olie; hvor 90% af mikronæringsstofpartiklerne i suspensionen er i størrelsen i intervallet fra 0,1 til 50 pm.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor suspensionen har en faststofindhold i intervallet 30 til 80 vægt%, mere foretrukket 50 til 80 vægt%.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor 90% af mikronæringsstofpartiklerne i suspensionen er i størrelsen mellem 0,1 og 20 pm.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor mikronæringsstof-suspensionen har en viskositet i intervallet 500 til 6000 cPs ved 20 °C, fortrinsvis 2000 til 5000 cPs ved 20 °C målt på et Brookfield LVD-viskosimeter under anvendelse af Spindel 3 ved 12 rpm.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor mikronæringsstoffet omfatter mindst en forbindelse af et element valgt blandt bor, kobber, jern, mangan, molybdæn, zink eller blandinger deraf.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor suspensionen omfatter et eller flere af et dispergeringsmiddel, et reologimiddel, et fortykkelsesmiddel, et anti-sedimenteringsmiddel og et farvestofmateriale.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, der yderligere omfatter fremstilling af suspensionen ved blanding af en olie med partikler af en forbindelse indeholdende mikronæringsstofmaterialet; hvor 90% af mikronæringsstofpartiklerne i suspensionen er i størrelsen i intervallet fra 0,1 til 50 pm.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor mindst en af de en eller flere mikronæringsstofmaterialer er vandopløselig.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor det mindst ene vandopløselige mikronæringsstofmateriale er zinksulfat, mangansulfat, natriumborat, borsyre, jernsulfat, jern EDTA, jern EDDHA, kobbersulfat eller natriummolybdat.
10. Oliebaseret suspension af partikler af et mikronæringsstofmateriale, omfattende mindst én forbindelse af et element valgt blandt bor, kobber, jern, mangan, molybdæn, zink eller blandinger deraf; hvor 90% af partiklerne i mikronæringsstofmaterialet er i størrelsen mellem 0,1 og 50 pm, især 90% af partiklerne er i størrelsen mellem 0,1 og 20 pm, og suspensionen har en faststofindhold i intervallet 30 til 80 vægt%, mere foretrukket 50 til 80 vægt %, og kan pumpes ved omgivelsestemperatur.
11. Oliebaseret suspension af et mikronæringsstofmateriale ifølge krav 10, hvor mikronæringsstofmaterialet er et salt, såsom et sulfat, oxysulfat, nitrat, borat, chlorid, oxychlorid, phosphat; et mineral; et metalchelat; en oxid, carbonat eller hydroxid; og olien er en vegetabilsk olie.
12. Oliebaseret suspension af et mikronæringsstofmateriale ifølge krav 10, hvor mikronæringsstofmaterialet er colemanit, borsyre, natriumborat, kobberoxid, kobberhydroxid, kobbercarbonat, kobbersulfat, kobberoxychlorid, jernsulfat, jern EDTA, jern EDDHA, mangancarbonat, mangansulfat, natriummolybdat, zinkoxid eller zinksulfat, og olien er en vegetabilsk olie.
13. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en oliebaseret suspension af et mikronæringsstofmateriale til anvendelse i fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, især ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 10 til 12, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter blanding af en olie med partikler af en forbindelse indeholdende mikronæringsstofmaterialet til fremstilling af en suspension, som er pumpbar ved omgivelsestemperatur; hvor 90% af partiklerne i mikronæringsstofmaterialet er i størrelsen mellem 0,1 og 50 pm, især 90% af partiklerne er i størrelsen mellem 0,1 og 20 pm.
14. Et frit flydende, ikke-støvende, mikronæringsstof-coatet parti kelform igt fast gødningsmateriale, der kan opnås ved fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9; hvor 90% af partiklerne i mikronæringsstofmaterialet har størrelser mellem 0,1 og 50 pm, især 90% af partiklerne er i størrelsen mellem 0,1 og 20 pm.
15. Anvendelse af en oliebaseret suspension af et mikronæringsstofmateriale ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 10 til 12 eller en oliebaseret suspension af et mikronæringsstofmateriale fremstillet ved fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 13 til coating af et partikelformigt fast gødningsmateriale.
