Claims (10)
1. Proces til fremstilling af bakterie-fattige mælkeprodukter, hvor (bl) mælkeproduktet, der skal steriliseres, udsættes for en første varmeforbehandling i en varmeveksler, og opvarmes til temperaturer i området fra 25 til 30 °C, (b2) det forbehandlede produkt opvarmes til en temperatur på 50 til 60 °C med en første direkte indsprøjtning af overophedet vanddamp, (b3) fløden separeres, (b4) det skummede mælkeprodukt opvarmes til temperaturer fra 50 til 75 °C ved hjælp af en anden direkte indsprøjtning af overophedet vanddamp, og pasteuriseres, og (b5) det pasteuriserede produkt afkøles ved hurtigafkøling.
2. Proces ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at den udføres kontinuerligt.

4. Proces ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at mælkeprodukterne opvarmes i en varmeveksler (trin bl) i en periode på 10 til 30 sekunder.
5. Proces ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at overophedet vanddamp indsprøjtes i de varmeforbehandlede produkter (trinnene b2, b4), hvilken overophedet vanddamp har en temperatur i området fra 100 til 250 °C.
6. Proces ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at overophedet vanddamp (trinnene b2, b4) indsprøjtes i de varmeforbehandlede produkter over en periode på 1 til 5 sekunder.
7. Proces ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at de pasteuriserede produkter (trin b5) afkøles over en periode på 1 til 5 sekunder.
8. Proces ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at de pasteuriserede produkter (trin b5) afkøles til en temperatur på 25 til 30 °C.
9. Proces ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at de forkølede produkter afslutningsvis afkøles i en varmeveksler til en temperatur på 5 til
10 °C.
