Claims (9)

1. Fladt varmeelement omfattende en vævet struktur, der indeholder kædetråde og skudtråde, idet a) trådmateriale fra 5% til 90% af kædetrådene og/eller skudtrådene er elektrisk ledende, og b) mindst 50% af overfladen af trådmaterialet er belagt med et belægningsmateriale, der indeholder kulstofnanorør, kendetegnet ved, at varmeelementet har et varmeisolerende lag i en afstand på 0,1 til 5 mm fra den vævede struktur, idet der er anbragt et elektrisk isoleringslag omkring belægningsmaterialet.
2. Varmeelement ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at kædetrådene og/eller skudtrådene, hvis trådmateriale er elektrisk ledende og består af strenge, særligt foretrukket kobberstrenge.
3. Varmeelement ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at mindst 50% af strengene er forbundet via en crimpforbindelse, særligt foretrukket via en C-crimpforbindelse (dom) eller en F-crimpforbindelse, til en elektrisk strømkreds.
4. Varmeelement ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at belægningsmaterialet indeholder mindst 10 vægt-%, særligt foretrukket mindst 50 vægt-% kulstofnanorør.
5. Varmeelement ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at enkelte kædetråde og/eller skudtråde af elektrisk ledende trådmateriale ikke på begge sider er omgivet af kædetråde og/eller skudtråde af ikke elektrisk ledende trådmateriale, særligt foretrukket at kædetråde og/eller skudtråde af elektrisk ledende trådmateriale altid er anbragt i grupper af 3 til 10 kædetråde ved siden af hinanden og/eller skudtråde af elektrisk ledende trådmateriale.
6. Varmeelement ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at kædetrådene og/eller skudtrådene har en diameter fra 0,1 til 5 mm, særligt foretrukket 0,2 til 0,8 mm.
7. Varmeelement ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at den vævede struktur er indstøbt i kunstharpiks.
8. Varmeelement ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at belægningsmaterialet indeholder op til 90 vægt-%, særligt foretrukket op til 50 vægt-% termoplast og/eller elastomer.
9. Varmeelement ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at det varmeisolerende lag har en tæthed i et område fra 15 til 50 kg/m3.
