Claims (15)
1. Fremgangsmåde til drift af et knudepunkt i et cellulært kommunikationsnetværk (10) omfattende en trådløs indretning og en basisstation (14), der er i kommunikation med et kernenetværksknudepunkt (18), hvor knudepunktet enten er den trådløse indretning, basisstationen eller kernenetværksknudepunktet, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: at bestemme, om den trådløse indretning (16) skal være i drift i long range-forlængelsesmodus eller normal modus, hvor long range- forlængelsesmodussen er en driftsmodus, hvor den trådløse indretning (16) er konfigureret til at opretholde kommunikation med basisstationen (14) over forlænget afstand sammenlignet med den normale driftsmodus; og at anvende forskellige værdier til mindst et parameter, der er valgt fra gruppen bestående af: et eller flere radioforbindelsesovervågningsparametre, et eller flere radioforbindelsesfejldetekteringsparametre, et eller flere radioforbindelsesfejlgenoprettelsesparametre og et eller flere forbindelsesetableringsfej Idetekteringsparametre afhængigt af, om den trådløse indretning (16) skal være i drift i long range-forlængelsesmodus eller normal modus.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, endvidere omfattende at bestemme, at den trådløse indretning (16) skal være i drift i long range-forlængelsesmodus, og hvor anvendelse af de forskellige værdier omfatter for hvert parameter af det mindst ene parameter at anvende en modificeret værdi til long range-forlængelsesmodussen, der er anderledes end den, der anvendes til normal driftsmodus.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor det mindst ene parameter omfatter mindst et parameter, der anvendes af den trådløse indretning (16) til radioforbindelsesovervågning.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor det mindst ene parameter omfatter mindst et parameter, der anvendes af den trådløse indretning (16) til radioforbindelsesfejldetektering.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor det mindst ene parameter omfatter mindst et parameter, der anvendes af den trådløse indretning (16) til radioforbindelsesfejlgenoprettelse.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvor det mindst ene parameter omfatter mindst et forbindelsesetableringsfejldetekteringsparameter, der anvendes af den trådløse indretning (16) til at detektere en mislykket etablering af forbindelse.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6, endvidere omfattende at bestemme, at den trådløse indretning (16) skal være i drift i long range-forlængelsesmodus, hvis det er vanskeligt at etablere kommunikation mellem den trådløse indretning (16) og det cellulære kommunikationsnetværk (10).
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-7, endvidere omfattende at udføre en procedure til bestemmelse af, om den trådløse indretning (16) skal være i long range-forlængelsesmodus eller normal modus som reaktion på bestemmelse af, at den trådløse indretning (16) er i hvilemodus, den trådløse indretning (16) har transmitteret en RRC-forbindelsesanmodning, den af den trådløse indretning (16) målte RSRP er mindre end en på forhånd defineret RSRP-tærskel, en timer T300 er udløbet og en yderligere forsinkelse er udløbet.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-8, hvor knudepunktet (14, 16) er et netværksknudepunkt af det cellulære kommunikationsnetværk (10).
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor det mindst ene parameter omfatter en taltærskel, hvis værdi definerer, hvor mange gange den trådløse indretning (16) gentransmitterer en bestemt besked, før der træffes en foranstaltning, der er forbundet med tilkendegivelse af mindst en af: en radioforbindelsesfejl og en radioforbindelsesgenoprettelse.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor knudepunktet (14, 16) er et netværksknudepunkt af det cellulære kommunikationsnetværk (10), og fremgangsmåden endvidere omfatter at bestemme, om den trådløse indretning (16) skal være i drift i long range-forlængelsesmodus eller normal modus, hvis der forekommer mindst en betingelse afen gruppe bestående af: det cellulære kommunikationsnetværk (10) modtager ikke noget svar efter et på forhånd defineret antal uplink scheduling-bevillinger, der transmitteres til den trådløse indretning (16); det cellulære kommunikationsnetværk (10) modtager ikke noget svar efter et på forhånd defineret antal paging-anmodninger til den trådløse indretning (16); og en uplink-modtaget signalstyrke til den trådløse indretning (16) er mindre end en på forhånd defineret tærskelværdi for den uplink-modtagne signalstyrke.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor anvendelse af de forskellige værdier for det mindst ene parameter omfatter: at konfigurere det mindst ene parameter med de forskellige værdier afhængigt af, om den trådløse indretning (16) skal være i drift i long range-forlængelsesmodus eller normal modus; og at overvåge en radioforbindelse mellem den trådløse indretning (16) og det cellulære kommunikationsnetværk (10) for fejl i overensstemmelse med det mindst ene parameter.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-8, 10 og 12, hvor knudepunktet (14, 16) er den trådløse indretning (16).
14. Knudepunkt til drift i et cellulært kommunikationsnetværk (10) omfattende en trådløs indretning og en basisstation (14), der er i kommunikation med et kernenetværksknudepunkt (18), hvor knudepunktet enten er den trådløse indretning, basisstationen eller kernenetværksknudepunktet, hvilket knudepunkt omfatter: en trådløs grænseflade (20, 30); og et eller flere styre- og behandlingskredsløb (22, 32), der er forbundet med den trådløse grænseflade (20, 30) og konfigureret til: at bestemme, om den trådløse indretning (16) skal være i drift i long range-forlængelsesmodus eller normal modus, hvor long range-forlængelsesmodussen er en driftsmodus, hvor den trådløse indretning (16) er konfigureret til at opretholde kommunikation med basisstationen (14) over forlænget afstand sammenlignet med den normale driftsmodus; og at anvende forskellige værdier til mindst et parameter, der er valgt fra gruppen bestående af: radioforbindelsesovervågning, radioforbindelsesfejldetektering og radioforbindelsesfejlgenoprettelse afhængigt af, om den trådløse indretning (16) skal være i drift i long range-forlængelsesmodus eller normal modus.
15. Knudepunkt ifølge krav 14, der er konfigureret til at være i drift ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 2-13.
