Claims (10)
1. Fremgangsmåde til energibesparelse inden for rammerne af tilvejebringelse af en opvarmet væske til sanitære formål under kontrol og overholdelse af de for mikroorganismerne tilladte, anbefalede eller acceptable vejledende værdier, hvor der med undtagelse af en midlertidig tilførsels,- udtagningseller vedligeholdelsesproces anvendes et lukket ledningssystem, som omfatter en cirkulationsledning (1) med et cirkulationsmiddel (2) og hver især i det mindste en grænseflade til tilførsel (3) af væske i eller udtag (4) af væske fra systemet, en enkelt ultrafiltreringsenhed (5) til mekanisk fraseparation af mikroorganismer og en bypass-ledning (6), i hvis forløb den enkelte ultrafiltreringsenhed (5) samt et transportmiddel (7) er placeret, samt en anordning til opvarmning (8), hvorigennem cirkulationsledningen (1) til opvarmning af den herigennem førte væske forløber, og hvor den ønskede temperatur for anordningen til opvarmningen (8) indstilles til en værdi mellem 40 og 55°C, idet kontrollen og overholdelsen af de vejledende værdier sker, idet den i cirkulationsledningen (1) førte væske i det mindste delvist og i det mindste periodisk tilføres til den i bypass-ledningen (6) placerede ultrafiltreringsenhed (5).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, idet bypass-ledningen (6) er placeret nedstrøms for udtagningsstedet (4) og således mellem udtagningsstedet (4) og tilførselsstedet (3) på cirkulationsledningen (1) .
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, idet cirkulationsmidlet (2) og/eller transportmidlet (7) er en pumpe.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, idet der til ultrafiltreringsenheden (5) er allokeret et udløb til udledning af skyllevæske.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, idet ledningssystemet endvidere omfatter i det mindste et diagnostisk middel til kvalitativ og/eller kvantitativ bestemmelse af mikroorganismer i væsken.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, idet ledningssystemet endvidere omfatter anordninger, som er udvalgt af gruppen bestående af biosensorer, turbiditetssensorer, strømningssensorer, tryksensorer, sandfiltre, UV-desinfektionsenheder, varmebehandlingsenheder, prøvesteder og prøveudtagningssteder.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, idet væsken i ultrafiltreringsenheden (5) tilføres kontinuerligt eller diskontinuerligt.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, idet der kontinuerligt eller diskontinuerligt sker en kvantitativ og/eller kvalitativ måling af mikroorganismer i væsken.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, idet målingen sker periodisk med forud bestemte tidsintervaller eller programstyret på forud bestemte tidspunkter.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8 eller 9, idet tilførslen af væsken fra cirkulationsledningen (1) via bypass-ledningen (6) ind i ultrafiltreringsenheden (5) sker alt efter behov afhængigt af de opnåede måledata.
