Claims (16)
1. Masse til udfyldning og opfyldning af fuger og/eller revner, omfattende: - mindst én bitumen i en mængde i et område fra ca. 30 vægt-% til ca. 75 vægt-%; - mindst én elastomer valgt fra en gruppe omfattende styren-butadien-copolymerer, sty-ren-butadien-styren-(blok-)copolymerer, styren-isopren-(blok-)copolymerer og/eller sty-ren-isopren-styren-(blok-)copolymerer, syntetiske og/eller naturgummier, i en mængde i et område fra ca. 2,5 vægt-% til ca. 22 vægt-%; - mindst ét pulverformigt mineralsk fyldstof i en mængde i et område fra ca. 12 vægt-% til ca. 35 vægt-%; - mindst ét fiberagtigt suspensionsmiddel til indstilling af fastheden, valgt fra en gruppe omfattende cellulose, glasfibre og/eller plastfibre, i en mængde i et område fra ca. 0,5 vægt-% til ca. 5 vægt-%; og - mindst én polymer, fremstillet af en olefin og en α,β-umættet carboxylsyre og/eller et α,β-umættet carboxylsyreanhydrid, i en mængde i et område fra ca. 0,1 vægt-% til ca. 8 vægt-%, fortrinsvis til ca. 5 vægt-%, hvor hver vægtprocent er baseret på den samlede mængde af massen.
2. Masse ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at suspensionsmidlet har en gennemsnitlig fiberlængde i et område fra ca. 500 pm til ca. 1500 pm.
3. Masse ifølge ét af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at suspensionsmidlet har en gennemsnitlig fibertykkelse i et område fra ca. 10 pm til ca. 100 pm.
4. Masse ifølge ét af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at polymeren er fremstillet af en olefin, valgt fra en gruppe omfattende ethylen og/eller propylen, og maleinsy-reanhydrid.
5. Masse ifølge ét af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter mindst én elastomer, valgt fra en gruppe omfattende styren-butadien-copolymerer, styren-buta-dien-styren-blokcopolymerer, styren-isopren-styren-blokcopolymerer, styren-isopren- blokcopolymerer, butadien-gummier, butylgummier, halogenerede butylgummier og/el-ler naturgummi.
6. Masse ifølge ét af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den endvidere omfatter mindst én voks i en mængde i et område fra ca. 0,5 vægt-% til ca. 3 vægt-%, baseret på den samlede mængde af blandingen.
7. Masse ifølge ét af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den yderligere omfatter mindst ét blødgøringsmiddel, valgt fra gruppen af alifatiske og/eller nafteniske olier, i en mængde i et område fra ca. 5 vægt-% til ca. 15 vægt-%.
8. Masse ifølge ét af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter mindst ét pulverformigt mineralsk fyldstof, valgt fra en gruppe omfattende silikater, sulfater og/eller fosfater.
9. Anvendelse afen masse ifølge ét af de foregående krav til opfyldning af fuger og/eller revner i vandrette og/eller lodrette flader.
10. Anvendelse ifølge krav 9, kendetegnet ved, at massen fyldes i lodret orienterede fuger og/eller revner.
11. Anvendelse ifølge krav 9 eller 10, kendetegnet ved, at massen anbringes i LAU-anlæg (lager, aftapning, omladning) og/eller JGS-anlæg (ajle, gylle, ensilage), især kø-resiloanlæg.
12. Fremgangsmåde til fyldning af en fuge og/eller en revne med en masse ifølge ét af kravene 1 -8, kendetegnet ved, at massen opvarmes og indføres i en fuge eller en revne ved hjælp af en fugepistol eller en manuel ekstruder.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, kendetegnet ved, at opvarmningen af massen i fugepistolen sker ved anbringelse af pistolen i en opvarmningsblok med mindst én deri anbragt varmepatron.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ét af kravene 12 eller 13, kendetegnet ved, at massen plastificeres og opvarmes i en dobbeltsnekkeekstruder (50) før anbringelse i en fugepistol (70) eller en manuel ekstruder.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, kendetegnet ved, at dobbeltsnekkeekstruderen (50) har en lager- og blandingsdel (60), der ud over to første udtag (66.1, 66.2) som lager for dobbeltsnekkeekstruderens (50) snekker (62, 64) har et antal omkring udtagene (66.1,66.2) placerede gennemgangsåbninger, som massen ledes igennem.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ét af kravene 14 eller 15, kendetegnet ved, at fugepistolen (70) omfatter et mundstykke (74), der indføres i en åbning i en adapterdel (56) af dobbeltsnekkeekstruderen (50) til overførsel af plastificeret og opvarmet masse fra dobbeltsnekkeekstruderen (50) til fugepistolen (70).
