Claims (11)

1. Fremgangsmåde til detektering i realtid af et kølemiddelpåfyldningstab i et køle-middeldampkompressionssystem (10) med et kølemiddelkredsløb, der indbefatter en kølemiddelkompressionsanordning (20), en kølemiddelvarmeafvisningsvarmeveksler (30), en fordamper (50) og en elektronisk ekspansionsventil (55), der er operativt forbundet med fordamperen (50), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: bestemmelse af, hvorvidt både en detekteret overophedning ved fordamperens udgang overstiger en måloverophedning ved fordamperens udgang med mindst en forudindstillet mængde overophedning og en detekteret grad af åbenhed af den elektroniske ekspansionsventil (55) overstiger en forudindstillet grad af åbenhed i et forudbestemt tidsrum; kendetegnet ved, hvis, både den detekterede overophedning ved fordamperens udgang overstiger måloverophedningen ved fordamperens udgang med mindst den forudindstillede mængde overophedning og den detekterede grad af åbenhed af den elektroniske ekspansionsventil (55) overstiger den forudindstillede grad af åbenhed i det forudbestemte tidsrum, at det bestemmes, om mindst én lufttemperatur af en detekteret tilførselslufttemperatur af en luftstrøm, der er strømmet gennem fordamperen (50), eller en detekteret returlufttemperatur af en luftstrøm, der returnerer til fordamperen (50), ændres ved en rate, der er mindre end en forudindstillet ændringsrate for lufttemperatur; hvis den mindst ene lufttemperatur af den detekterede tilførselslufttemperatur af en luftstrøm, der er strømmet gennem fordamperen (50), eller den detekterede returlufttemperatur af en luftstrøm, der returnerer til fordamperen (50), ændres ved en rate, der er mindre end den forudindstillede ændringsrate for lufttemperatur, genereres der en servicealarm, der indikerer en advarsel om varmetab, og det bestemmes, om en detekteret hastighed for kompressionsanordningen (20) er ved en maksimal hastighedsgrænse for kompressionsanordningen (20) i et forudbestemt tidsrum.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, der endvidere omfatter: hvis den mindst ene lufttemperatur af den detekterede tilførselslufttemperatur af en luftstrøm, der er strømmet gennem fordamperen (50), eller den detekterede returlufttemperatur af en luftstrøm, der returnerer til fordamperen (50), ændres ved en rate, der er mindre end den forudindstillede ændringsrate for lufttemperatur, sammenlignes et detekteret sugetryk for kølemiddel, der passerer til en sugeindgang til kompressionsanordningen (20), med en forudindstillet lav sugetrykgrænse, og hvis det detekterede sugetryk for kølemiddel, der passerer til en sugeindgang til kompressionsanordningen (20), er mindre end den forudindstillede lave sugetrykgrænse for et forudindstillet tidsrum, genereres der en nedlukningsalarm, der advarer om, at en hastende kølemiddelefterfyldning af systemet er påkrævet.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, der endvidere omfatter: hvis den detekterede hastighed for kompressionsanordningen (20) er mindre end den forudindstillede maksimale hastighedsgrænse for kompressionsanordningens (20) hastighed, sammenlignes et detekteret sugetryk for kølemiddel, der passerer til en sugeindgang til kompressionsanordningen (20), med en forudindstillet lav sugetrykgrænse, og hvis det detekterede sugetryk for kølemiddel, der passerer til en sugeindgang til kompressionsanordningen (20) er mindre end den forudindstillede lave sugetrykgrænse i et forudindstillet tidsrum, genereres der en servicealarm, der indikerer, at en hastende kølemiddelefter-fyldning af systemet er påkrævet.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, der endvidere omfatter: hvis den detekterede hastighed for kompressionsanordningen (20) er ved den maksimale hastighedsgrænse for kompressionsanordningens (20) hastighed gennem et forudbestemt tidsinterval, sammenlignes et detekteret strømtræk ved kompressionsanordningen (20) med en maksimal strømtrækgrænse.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, der endvidere omfatter: hvis det detekterede strømtræk overstiger en forudindstillet procentsats af den maksimale strømtrækgrænse, reduceres hastigheden for kompressionsanordningen (20) til en lavere hastighed, hvorved strømtrækket forbundet med den lavere hastighed er under den forudindstillede procentsats af den maksimale strømtrækgrænse.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor den forudindstillede procentsats af den maksimale strømtrækgrænse er mindst 90 % af det maksimale strømtræk.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor det forudindstillede tidsinterval er mindst 3 minutter til 10 minutter.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, der endvidere omfatter, hvis både den detekterede overophedning ved fordamperens udgang overstiger måloverophedningen ved fordamperens udgang med en valgt mængde i intervallet fra mindst 2,8 °C (5 °F) til 11,1 °C (20 °F) og den detekterede grad af åbenhed af den elektroniske ekspansionsventil (55) overstiger 90 % åbenhed i mindst 5 minutter, efterfølgende bestemmelse af, om mindst én lufttemperatur af en detekteret tilførselslufttemperatur af en luftstrøm, der er strømmet gennem fordamperen (50), eller en detekteret returlufttemperatur af en luftstrøm, der returnerer til fordamperen (50), ændres ved en rate, der er mindre end en forudindstillet ændringsrate for lufttemperatur.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den forudindstillede ændringsrate for lufttemperatur er 0,27 °C (0,5 °F) pr. minut.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor kølemidlet omfatter et carbondioxidkølemiddel og den aktuelle lave sugetrykgrænse er et tryk i intervallet fra 8,3 bar absolut (120 psi absolut) til 13,8 bar (200 psi absolut).
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvor den forudindstillede lave sugetrykgrænse er ca. 10,3 bar (150 psi absolut).
