Claims (15)

1. Formaldehyd-fri slettesammensætning til fibre, navnlig mineraluld, særligt glasuld eller stenuld, kendetegnet ved, at sammensætningen omfatter - mindst én humussyre og / eller én fulvussyre, eller et salt af disse syrer, - mindst ét saccharid og - mindst ét ammoniumsalt af en uorganisk syre.
2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at humus- og / eller fulvussyren er i form af et kalium-, natrium- eller ammoniumsalt, fortrinsvis et kalium- eller natriumsalt.
3. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at saccharidet er et monosaccharid eller et oligosaccharid indeholdende højst 50 saccharid-enheder, fortrinsvis højst 20 og fordelagtigt højst 10 saccharidenheder.
4. Sammensætning ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at saccharidet er valgt blandt monosaccharider, såsom glucose, galactose og mannose, disaccharider, såsom fructose, lactose, maltose, isomaltose, cellobiose, trehalose, isotrehaloser, saccharose og isosaccharose, trisaccharider, såsom melezitose, gentianose, raffinose, erlose og umbelliferose , tetrasaccharider, såsom stachyose, og pentasaccharider, såsom verbascose.
5. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at saccharidet er til stede i en andel på fra 10 til 95 vægtdele pr. 100 vægtdele af blandingen af humus- og / eller fulvussyre, eller af saltene af denne (disse) syre(r), fortrinsvis fra 20 til 90 vægtdele og fordelagtigt fra 30 til 80 vægtdele.
6. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at ammoniumsaltet af den uorganiske syre er ammoniumsulfat, ammoniumphosphat, ammoniumnitrat eller ammoniumcarbonat, fortrinsvis ammoniumsulfat eller ammoniumphosphat.
7. Sammensætning ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at ammoniumsaltet af den uorganiske syre er ammoniumsulfat.
8. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at ammoniumsaltet af den uorganiske syre repræsenterer fra 1 til 30 vægt% af den totale vægt af blandingen bestående af humus- og / eller fulvussyre, eller saltet (saltene) af denne (disse) syre(r), og saccharidet, fortrinsvis fra 3 til 20 vægt%, fordelagtigt fra 3 til 16 vægt%, og endnu bedre fra 5 til 15 vægt%.
9. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at sammensætningen yderligere omfatter de nedenstående additiver i de følgende forhold, beregnet på grundlag af 100 vægtdele af en blanding bestående af humus- og / eller fulvussyre, eller saltet (saltene) af denne (disse) syre(r), og saccharidet: - fra 0 til 2 dele silan, især aminosilan, - fra 0 til 20 dele olie, fortrinsvis fra 4 til 15 dele, - fra 0 til 20 dele urinstof, fortrinsvis fra 0 til 10 dele, - fra 0 til 5 dele af en silicone, - fra 0 til 30 dele af en "extender".
10. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at sammensætningen udviser en pH-værdi, som varierer fra 7 til 9.
11. Produkt baseret på fibre, navnlig mineraluld, særligt glasuld eller stenuld, der er påført slettesammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10.
12. Produkt ifølge krav 11, kendetegnet ved, at det er et termisk og / eller akustisk isolerende produkt, hvis fibre er i form af mineraluld, navnlig glasuld eller stenuld.
