・ポリマー材料の粘弾性挙動を明らかにするのを可能にする、動的機械分析(DMA)法による架橋開始温度(Tc)。手順は以下の通りである。ワットマン紙の試料にサイジング組成物(有機固形分含有量30%程度)を含浸させ、次にこの試料を2つの掴み具の間に水平に固定する。加えられるひずみの関数として応力を測定するための装置を備えた振動部品を、試料の上面に配置する。この装置は、弾性率E’の算出を可能にする。試料を4℃/分の速度で20〜250℃まで変化する温度に加熱する。温度(℃)の関数としての弾性率E’(MPa)の変化曲線を測定値からプロットし、その曲線の一般的な外観を図1に示す。架橋開始温度(Tc)の値(℃)をこの曲線により求める。
表1に見られる成分(量は重量部で示される)を含むサイジング組成物を調製する。
これらの組成物は、成分が完全に溶解するまで、水を入れた容器内に攪拌しながら成分を導入して調製される。
これらのサイジング組成物は、30%に等しい固形分含有量(乾燥抽出物)を示す。
これらの例は、工業的規模のラインでの絶縁製品の製造を説明する。

Claims (15)
- 特にミネラルウールの形態、とりわけガラスウール又はロックウールの形態の繊維用のホルムアルデヒド不含サイジング組成物であって、
・少なくとも1種のフミン酸及び/又は1種のフルボ酸、あるいはこれらの酸の塩、
・少なくとも1種のサッカライド、及び、
・少なくとも1種の無機酸アンモニウム塩、
を含むことを特徴とする、繊維用のホルムアルデヒド不含サイジング組成物。 - 前記フミン酸及び/又はフルボ酸が、カリウム塩、ナトリウム塩又はアンモニウム塩の形、好ましくはカリウム塩又はナトリウム塩の形であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記サッカライドが、モノサッカライド又は、最大限50のサッカライド単位、好ましくは最大限20、有利には最大限10のサッカライド単位を含むオリゴサッカライドであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の組成物。
- 前記サッカライドが、モノサッカライド、例えばグルコース、ガラクトース及びマンノースなどや、ジサッカライド、例えば果糖、乳糖、マルトース、イソマルトース、セロビオース、トレハロース、イソトレハロース、ショ糖及びイソショ糖などや、トリサッカライド、例えばメレジトース、ゲンチアノース、ラフィノース、エルロース及びウンベリフェロースなどや、テトラサッカライド、例えばスタキオースなどや、ペンタサッカライド、例えばベルバスコースなど、から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の組成物。
- 前記サッカライドが、フミン酸及び/又はフルボ酸あるいはこの(これらの)酸の塩の混合物100重量部当たり10〜95重量部、好ましくは20〜90部、有利には30〜80部の比率で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記無機酸アンモニウム塩が、アンモニウム硫酸塩、アンモニウムリン酸塩、アンモニウム硝酸塩又はアンモニウム炭酸塩であり、好ましくはアンモニウム硫酸塩又はアンモニウムリン酸塩であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記無機酸アンモニウム塩がアンモニウム硫酸塩であることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の組成物。
- 前記無機酸アンモニウム塩が、フミン酸及び/又はフルボ酸あるいはこの(これらの)酸の塩とサッカライドとからなる混合物の総重量の1〜30重量%、好ましくは3〜20%、有利には3〜16%、更に好ましくは5〜15%に相当していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 下記の添加剤を、フミン酸及び/又はフルボ酸あるいはこの(これらの)酸の塩とサッカライドとからなる混合物の100重量部に基づき計算して以下の比率で更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
・0〜2部のシラン、特にアミノシラン
・0〜20部、好ましくは4〜15部の油
・0〜20部、好ましくは0〜10部の尿素
・0〜5部のシリコーン
・0〜30部の「増量剤」 - 7〜9で変動するpHを示すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のサイジング組成物を使用してサイジング処理された繊維に基づく、特にミネラル繊維、とりわけガラス繊維又は岩石繊維に基づく製品。
- 断熱及び/又は防音製品であり、その繊維がミネラルウール、特にガラスウール又はロックウールの形態であることを特徴とする、請求項11記載の製品。
- 前記繊維が、以下の成分を重量百分率で表して以下の比率で含むガラス、すなわち、
SiO2 39〜55%、好ましくは40〜52%、
A12O3 16〜27%、好ましくは16〜25%、
CaO 3〜35%、好ましくは10〜25%、
MgO 0〜15%、好ましくは0〜10%、
Na2O 0〜15%、好ましくは6〜12%、
K2O 0〜15%、好ましくは3〜12%、
R2O(Na2O+K2O) 10〜17%、好ましくは12〜17%、
P2O5 0〜3%、好ましくは0〜2%、
Fe2O3 0〜15%、
B2O3 0〜8%、好ましくは0〜4%、
TiO2 0〜3%、
を含むガラスであって、R2O含有量が13.0%以下である場合MgO含有量が0%と5%の間であるガラスで構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項12記載の製品。 - 前記ガラスが、以下の成分を以下の比率(重量%として)で含むことを特徴とする、請求項13記載の製品。
SiO2 39〜44%、好ましくは40〜43%
Al2O3 16〜27%、好ましくは16〜26%
CaO 6〜20%、好ましくは8〜18%
MgO 1〜5%、好ましくは1〜4.9%
Na2O 0〜15%、好ましくは2〜12%
K2O 0〜15%、好ましくは2〜12%
R2O(Na2O+K2O) 10〜14.7%、好ましくは10〜13.5%
P2O5 0〜3%、特に0〜2%
Fe2O3 1.5〜15%、特に3.2〜8%
B2O3 0〜2%、好ましくは0〜1%
TiO2 0〜2%、好ましくは0.4〜1% - 請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の防音及び/又は断熱製品の製造方法であり、前記ミネラルウールを製造し、該ウールにサイジング組成物を適用し、そして該ウールを前記サイジング組成物の架橋と不融性バインダーの生成とを可能にする温度で処理する製造方法であって、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のサイジング組成物を使用することを特徴とする製造方法。
