Claims (14)

  1. POLYPEPTIDER MED GLUCO AMYLASE AKTIVITET OG FREMGANGSMÅDER TIL FREMSTILLING HERAF
    1. Isoleret polypeptid med glucoamylaseaktivitet, hvilket polypeptid omfatter en aminosyresekvens, der er mindst 80 % sekvensidentisk med en aminosyresekvens, der er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af det modne polypeptid ifølge SEQ ID NO: 3 og 6.
  2. 2. Polypeptid ifølge krav 1, hvor aminosyresekvensen omfatter mindst én eller flere aminosyrerester, der er udvalgt fra følgende grupper: a) en aminosyrerest, der er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af A og P i en position, der svarer til position 459 i SEQ ID NO: 3 eller 6, b) en aminosyrerest, der er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af C og S i en position, der svarer til position 473 i SEQ ID NO: 3 eller 6, c) en aminosyrerest, der er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af A og R i en position, der svarer til position 474 i SEQ ID NO: 3 eller 6, d) en aminosyrerest, der er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af A og P i en position, der svarer til position 475 i SEQ ID NO: 3 eller 6, e) en aminosyrerest, der er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af T og Y i en position, der svarer til position 476 i SEQ ID NO: 3 eller 6, f) en aminosyrerest, der er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af P og G i en position, der svarer til position 477 i SEQ ID NO: 3 eller 6, g) en aminosyrerest, der er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af A og G i en position, der svarer til position 479 i SEQ ID NO: 3 eller 6 og/eller h) en aminosyrerest, der er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af V og R i en position, der svarer til position 480 i SEQ ID NO: 3 eller 6.
  3. 3. Polypeptid ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor aminosyresekvensen er mindst 81 %, 82 %, 83 %, 84 %, 85 %, 90 %, 95 %, 96 %, 97 %, 98 %, 99 % eller 100 % sekvensidentisk med aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 3 eller 6.
  4. 4. Polypeptid ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, der omfatter eller består af det modne polypeptid ifølge SEQ ID NO: 3 eller 6.
  5. 5. Polypeptid ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvilket polypeptid er inaktiveret ved pasteurisering såsom anvendelse af mindre end 50, 45, 40, 35, 30, 25, 24, 23, 22, 21 eller 20 pasteuriseringsenheder (PU) i øl.
