Claims (5)
1. Fremgangsmåde til energiudvinding fra affaldsstoffer (1) indeholdende organiske substanser, hvor a) affaldsstofferne (1) indeholdende organiske substanser i forfindelt form underkastes en måling til identifikation af indholdsstofferne såvel som en registrering af forholdet af andelen af kulstofholdigt materiale til andelen af silikatisk materiale, for ved eventuel iblanding af kulstofholdigt og/eller silikatisk materiale (3) at sikre, at forholdet af kulstofholdigt til silikatisk materiale er omtrent 90 % til omtrent 10 % i affaldsstofferne, som skal videreforarbejdes, b) der i den videre fremgangsmåde gennemføres en løbende måling af andelene (5) af kulstofholdigt materiale og af silikatisk materiale, c) affaldsstofferne (1) indeholdende organiske substanser findeles (2) yderligere og blandes (4a) med yderligere tektosilikatholdige materialer (3) ved fortsat findeling (4b) indtil i μ-området, d) der følger en sammenpresning (6a) af den findelte affaldsstofblanding under tilførsel af fyllosilikater (7a), opvarmning (6b) af blandingen og opdeling af samme i enkelte faste, flydende og gasformige faser i vakuum, hvorpå de tilbageblevne faste stoffer blandes (8a) med yderligere tilsatte fyllosilikater (7b) og pelletteres (8b), e) de fremstillede pellets underkastes en pyrolyse (9), og f) de ved pyrolysen udvundne gasformige stoffer tilføres en tank (10) og/eller et kraftvarmeværk (11), kendetegnet ved, at g) de ved pyrolysen udvundne faststoffer gennemløber en adskillelse (12) af det silikatiske materiale fra det kulstofholdige materiale, hvor de deraf udvundne kulstofholdige materialer lagres som slutprodukt (13).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at målingen af enkeltkomponenterne (5) følger ved hjælp af pulverdiffraktogram.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at de ved opdelingen (12) af det silikatiske fra det kulstofholdige materiale udvundne silikatholdige materialer tilbageføres i trin a).
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at de ved opdelingen (6c) i trin d) udvundne gasformige stoffer, i påkommende tilfælde sammen med de i trin c) udvundne gasformige stoffer, tilføres tanken (10) og/eller kraftvarmeværket.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at opdelingen (6c) i trin d) af de faste, flydende og gasformige stoffer følger via en rotationsbevægelse.
