Claims (7)

PAT E N T K RAV
1. Fluidopbevarings-, -filtrerings- og -gasudskillelses-apparatur (2), som er egnet til anvendelse i en hæmatomevakuator, hvor apparaturet omfatter en fluidholder (21), en gasdetektor (23) og et filter (22); fluidholderen (21) har en struktur med en udstikkende top og omfatter et fluidindløb og i en øvre del et fluidudløb; et gasudløbsrør i forbindelserne med omgivelserne er anbragt på den udstikkende top af fluidholderen (21), og gasdetektoren (23) er anbragt på gasudløbsrøret, og filteret (22) er fastgjort i fluidholderen (21) og er forbundet med fluidudløbet.
2. Fluidopbevarings-, -filtrerings- og -gasudskillelses-apparatur (2), som er egnet til anvendelse i en hæmatomevakuator ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at en omdirigeringsplade er anbragt på den nedre del af fluidholderen (21) til at opdele fluidholderen (21) i to fluide kamre, og den øvre del af fluidkamre er forbundet, idet fluidindløbet er anbragt ved toppen af det første fluidkammer, og filteret er anbragt i det andet fluidkammer.
3. Fluidopbevarings-, -filtrerings- og -gasudskillelses-apparatur (2), som er egnet til anvendelse i en hæmatomevakuator ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den nedre del af fluidholderen (21) har en konveks polyeder struktur.
4. Fluidopbevarings-, -filtrerings- og -gasudskillelses-apparatur (2), som er egnet til anvendelse i en hæmatomevakuator ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den øvre del af fluidholderen (21) har en tilspidset udstikkende topstruktur.
5. Hæmatomevakuator omfattende et fluidopbevarings-, -filtrerings- og -gasudskillelses-apparatur (2) angivet i ethvert af kravene 1-4, hvilken hæmatomevakuator består af en suger (1) konfigureret med en rotor (11) og en stator (12), en negativt tryksugende indretning, henholdsvis en roterende indretning (5) forbundet med sugeren (1), hvor den negativt tryksugende indretning omfatter et fluidopbevarings-, -filtrerings- og -gasudskillelses-apparatur (2) og en cirkulationspumpe (3); kendetegnet ved, at sugeren (1) er forbundet med fluidindløbet til fluidopbevarings-, -filtrerings- og -gasudskillelsesapparaturet (2), fluidudløbet fra fluidopbevarings-, -filtrerings- og -gasudskillelsesapparaturet (2) er forbundet med cirkulationspumpen (3), cirkulationspumpen (3) er forbundet med sugeren (1) for dannelse af en lukket-sløjfe bane, idet cirkulationspumpen (3) og den roterende indretning (5) alle er styrede af en elektrisk styreenhed (4).
6. Hæmatomevakuator ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at trykfølere (6, 7) er anbragt på både forbindelsesrøret imellem fluidopbevarings-, -filtrerings- og -gasudskillelsesapparatur (2) og det indvendige hulrum i statoren (12) i sugeren (1) og forbindelsesrøret imellem cirkulationspumpen (3) og det indre hulrum i rotoren (11) i sugeren (1), og trykfølerne (6, 7) er alle styrede af den elektriske styreenhed (4).
7. Hæmatomevakuator ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at en gasposefixtur (8) er anbragt på den udvendige væg af statoren (12), og gasposefixturen omfatter en gaspose (81), et oppustningsrør (82) og en udblæsningsventil (83).
