Claims (5)

1. Elektromagnetisk drivenhed til en højttaler, hvori et luftmellemrum er arrangeret i et magnetsystem, sådan at magnetiske fluxlinier er i det væsentlige lineære hen over luftmellemrummet, og hvor en svingspole er arrangeret i luftmellemrummet, hvori magnetsystemet omfatter et centralt åg adskilt fra et ringformet magnetsystem med luftmellemrummet, hvilket magnetsystem mindst omfatter en bundplade forbundet det centrale åg, samt en magnet og en topplade, kendetegnet ved, at mindst en sektion af det centrale åg af toppladen svarende til luftmellemrummets udstrækning og mindst en modsvarende sektion af toppladen er lavet af et blødt magnetisk kompositmateriale (SMC), hvor SMC-materialet adskiller sig fra andre SMC-materialer ved, at jernpulverpartikler er bundet sammen i en keramisk sintringsproces, hvori et oxidlag er dannet som det forbindende grænselag mellem partiklerne.
2. Elektromagnetisk drivenhed ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det bløde magnetiske kompositmateriale er jernpulver med en partikelstørrelse i området 45 pm til 150 pm, hvor pulverets partikler er overtrukket med en elektrisk isolerende forbindelse.
3. Elektromagnetisk drivenhed ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at hele åget og/eller hele toppladen er lavet af det bløde magnetiske kompositmateriale.
4. Højttalerenhed med en ramme og en omslutning, der forbinder rammen med en membran, hvor membranen er forsynet med en svingspole, hvilken svingspole er arrangeret i et luftmellemrum i en elektromagnetisk drivenhed ifølge ethvert af krav 1 til 3.
5. Højttaler med et kabinet og mindst en højttalerenhed ifølge krav 4 arrangeret i kabinettet.
