Claims (8)
1. Anordning (1) til kombineret tilvejebringelse af en transkutan elektrisk stimulationsimpuls på overfladen af et afsnit af det menneskelige øre (2) og afgivelse af et akustisk signal i øregangen (G) på øret (2), idet anordningen (1) har i det mindste et elektrodehoved (3) med i det mindste en elektrode (4, 5) til tilvejebringelse af den elektriske stimulationsimpuls, idet anordningen (1) har en højttaler (6) og en outputkanal (7) til akustiske signaler i øregangen (G) , idet anordningen (1) endvidere omfatter en styringsenhed (8), som er udformet til at tilvejebringe den elektriske stimulationsimpuls og til at styre afgivelsen af akustiske signaler, og idet den i det mindste ene elektrode (4, 5) eller det elektrodehoved (3) , som bærer denne, er udformet til at kunne placeres i Cymba conchae (Cy) i øret (2) , kendetegnet ved, at der på elektrodehovedet (3) er placeret en elastisk holdebøjle (9), som er udformet til at gribe omkring øret (2), og at anordningen (1) endvidere har en svingningsgenerator (10), som er udformet til at kunne tilvejebringe mekaniske svingninger på en del af kranieknoglen, idet svingningsgeneratoren (10) er placeret på holdebøjlen (9) eller er integreret i denne.
2. Anordning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at elektrodehovedet (3) samt den i det mindste ene elektrode (4, 5) er udformet nyreformet og har en i vidt omfang jævn pålægningsflade på den side, der vender mod øret, idet elektrodehovedet (3) har kontakt med overfladen af øret (2) via en kontaktflade, som dækker i det mindste 50 % af overfladen på Cymba conchae (Cy) på øret (2).
3. Anordning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at outputkanalen (7) til akustiske signaler er udformet som fremspring på elektronhovedet (3).
4. Anordning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at der med svingningsgeneratoren (10) kan frembringes mekaniske svingninger på fjeldbenet eller mastoid.
5. Anordning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at styringsenheden (8) er udformet til tidsmæssigt afstemt at foranledige elektriske stimulationsimpulser via elektroderne (4, 5) og akustiske signaler via højttaleren (6) og i givet fald mekaniske svingninger via svingningsgeneratoren (10), idet den tidsmæssige afstemning omfatter simultanfaser, tidsmæssigt forskudte faser og delvist overlappende faser af stimulationsimpuls, signal og svingninger.
6. Anordning ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at styringsenheden (8) har et elektronisk modul til at foranledige elektriske stimulationsimpulser, akustiske signaler og mekaniske svingninger.
7. Anordning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at den i det mindste ene elektrode (4, 5) i det mindste delvist består af et kunststofmateriale, som er forsynet med midler til fremstilling af elektriske ledningsevne, idet midlerne til fremstilling af elektrisk ledningsevne er elektrisk ledende partikler, som er indlejret i kunststofmaterialet, eller idet midlerne til fremstilling af elektrisk ledningsevne er i det mindste et galvanisk elektrisk ledende metallag anbragt på et basislegeme på elektroden (4, 5) .
8. Anordning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at der er tilvejebragt i det mindste to elektroder (4, 5), nemlig i det mindste en stimulationselektrode (4) og en referenceelektrode (5) , idet den i det mindste ene stimulationselektrode (4) har kontakt med overfladen på øret (2) via en første kontaktflade, og idet den i det mindste ene referenceelektrode (5) har kontakt med overfladen på øret (2) via en anden kontaktflade, idet den anden kontaktflade er i det mindste 3 gange så stor som den første kontaktflade.
