Claims (7)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en katalysator omfattende en aktiv fase omfattende mindst ét metal fra gruppe VIII valgt blandt cobalt, nikkel, ruthenium og jern, alene eller i blanding, og en oxidbærer valgt blandt et alumina og et silica-alumina, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: mindst ét trin til stabilisering af oxidbæreren for at danne en spinelstruktur mellem et metal valgt blandt cobalt, nikkel, magnesium, calcium og zink og oxidbæreren, hvilket stabiliseringstrin består i: et trin til imprægnering af oxidbæreren med en vandig opløsning af et eller flere salte af et metal valgt blandt cobalt, nikkel, magnesium, calcium og zink for at imprægnere et metalindhold på mellem 1 og 10 vægtprocent i forhold til den samlede vægt af den endelige katalysator, - et trin til tørring, hvor den imprægnerede oxidbærer drives frem ved hjælp af en gas, hvilken imprægnerede oxidbærer i nævnte trin udsættes for en temperaturstigningsrampe på mellem 250 og 600 °C/min, idet den imprægnerede oxidbærers opholdstid i tørringstrinet er på mellem 1 sekund og 1 minut, et trin til kalcinering af den imprægnerede og tørrede oxidbærer, hvilken kalcinering udføres i ét trin i luft ved en temperatur på mellem 700 og 1200 °C, i et tidsrum på mellem 1 h og 24 h, eller i to trin ved en temperatur på mellem 300 og 600 °C i luft, i et tidsrum på mellem %% h og 3 h, derefter ved en temperatur på mellem 700 og 1200 °C, i et tidsrum på mellem 1 h og 24 h. idet stabiliseringstrinet efterfølges af mindst ét gennemløb af følgende trin: - et trin til imprægnering af den stabiliserede oxidbærer, hvilket imprægneringstrin udføres med mindst én opløsning, der indeholder mindst én precursor for metallet fra gruppe VIII valgt blandt cobalt, nikkel, ruthenium og jern, - et trin til tørring af den stabiliserede og imprægnerede oxidbærer, hvilket trin gennemføres i fluidiseret leje i nærværelse af en gas, hvor bæreren udsættes for en temperaturstigningsrampe på mellem 0,5 og 5 °C/min for at opnå en temperatur på mellem 50 og 170 °C, idet bærerens opholdstid i tørringstrinet, efter opnåelse af tørringstemperaturen, er på mellem 20 og 180 min, et trin til kalcinering af den imprægnerede og tørrede stabiliserede oxidbærer, hvilket kalcineringstrin udføres ved en temperatur på mellem 320 og 460 °C og i et tidsrum på mellem 15 min og 15 h, for at opnå en katalysator i oxidform, hvor metallet fra gruppe VIII er homogent fordelt.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den aktive fase omfatter cobalt.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor oxidbæreren består af silica-alumina.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor gassen, der anvendes i stabiliseringstrinets tørringstrin, er luft, alene eller i blanding med en inaktiv gas.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor gassens temperatur ved indgangen til stabiliseringstrinets tørringstrin er på mellem 300 og 800 °C.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvor gennemløbet af imprægnerings-, tørrings- og kalcineringstrinene, i nævnte rækkefølge, udføres mindst to gange.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6, hvor trinet til kalcinering af den imprægnerede og tørrede stabiliserede oxidbærer udføres i fluidiseret leje i nærværelse af en gas, hvor den imprægnerede og tørrede stabiliserede oxidbærer udsættes for en temperaturstigningsrampe på mellem 0,5 og 5 °C/min for at opnå en temperatur på mellem 300 og 450 °C, idet bærerens opholdstid i kalcineringstrinet, efter opnåelse af kalcineringstemperaturen, er på mellem 5 og 120 min.
